Won't be back

Building is run down inside and out. Hot water takes 30 mins to get warm but the drains drain so slow you have to bail water into the toilet or else the sink will overflow before there is ever any chance of hot water. Bed is horribly uncomfortable. We paid for the jetted, although it is large we had a hard time using because of no hot water. The 1 time we did use it, the jets shot out black stuff. The outside has garbage everywhere and the hallways smelled of weed. On the plus side the staff was very nice.

The front desk attendant when we arrived on Thursday night was probably the worst I have seen at a front desk role. He was sitting outside the desk on a couch when we arrived, and didn't even acknowledge that he was the hotel employee. We were looking around trying to find someone, then he moved behind the desk - without saying a word. No greeting. He was a terrible representation of your brand! Barely talked, gave no information. Had a mean, almost scary demeanor. It seems he put information into the computer incorrectly since we got an automated checkout notice in email addressed to "Ray", and my name is not Ray. We had prepaid on Expedia so the proper information should have already been there. You should dismiss this employee to save your reputation, or at a minimum provide intensive customer service training, and schedule him for day shift so he can be observed and coached.

They should not advertise breakfast. They only have coffee, orange or apple juice and two different pre-packaged muffins. Nothing more.

Amsterdam NY overnight

hotels.com said breakfast was included - it wasn't. Plenty of pillows but they were super soft and couldn't sleep well with them. Beds were very comfortable though. Staff not very friendly when checking in - no contact when we left. Was convenient, very clean and best price in Amsterdam on a Saturday night.

The room was comfortable and clean, nice tv in the room. The continental breakfast was not great, no coffee or juice. It was comprised of prepackaged muffins and tea bags with hot water. If juice machine and coffee machines are broke then repair, replace or remove them.

didn't get to stay- the man at the reception desk was rude he charged me extra for having 3 people in a room that sleeps 4-he did not like when i expressed that - i paid extra because it was saturday night and had no where else to sleep- after he checked us in i asked for an extra room card - he told me i couldn't have one - i said you just made me pay extra for having 3 people in a room that sleeps 4 - we have slept in a different place each night for the last week and it has not been a problem - no one has charged us extra and everyone has given us an extra room card - he told us he did not think we were being respectful to him and we could NOT stay at his hotel - i reached out to my credit card company and he has not yet refunded our money we were than forced to pay twice as much at another hotel because it was the only one available on a saturday night at 6pm - he did not greet us when we entered, he was on his personal cell phone through out the whole encounter and would not give us his name absolutely would not recommend!!
