How this hotel got a high rating is perplexing. First, I have a small dog and the hotels.com website said there was a $50 deposit. When I checked in it was a $50 non-refundable deposit. Luckily, and after showing them the hotels.com website, they only charged me the $10 per night for my pet. Second, the bathroom sink drain was clogged (the maintenance guy fixed it) and there were many flies coming out of the overfill vent. This was disturbing. I had to block the vent with tissue paper to keep out the flies. Third, the one lounge chair in the room was so dirty I couldn't sit in it. Fourth, it was obvious the floor had not been mopped or cleaned and quite a while. Fifth, the bed was very comfortable. Sixth, the reception person was very kind. In conclusion, the rating for this location was why I stayed here. I won't trust those ratings again after this mess.
