The property was great, but they were very short-staffed at check-in and in the restaurant. The staff that were working were awesome though so it made our wait time bearable.

Grand Canyon trip

Great hotel near the Grand Canyon entrance, with nice amenities and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Nice pool and outdoor bar with relaxing seating and things to do. Room was very nice and comfortable.

Beautiful property. Free options for food at night if you arrive in time. The indoor and separate outdoor pools were sparklingly clean. Dinner onsite is expensive but good. That’s expected since you’re in a touristy spot.

Great place to stay for families.

Very nice place to stay if you are visiting the Grand Canyon National Park. Convenient for distance and dining options. Restaurant at the resort was also great, kids loved the pizza and the nice service. Arcade was nice and the person there was very generous with free play time for our kids, in addition to what we bought. So they enjoyed it thoroughly.
