Just one thing is that my room is near the ice maker and it wakes me up all morning LOL. Beside here’s a great place to go and have purple route to national park.

Room is okay front desk nightmares
Front desk supervisor Guillermo was very rude. We had to leave one night early and Avised them of this the night before and he told me I had to have Expedia approve it since we booked through them, Expedia was very kind and immediately said no problem and attempted to call the front desk. They put Expedia on hold for 25mins and then left for 20 or so mins. When he came back he said he had to wait for them to call, I let him know they did and it’s been escalated as the hotel just keeps placing them on hold. The supervisor was visibly upset and told me to give him 5 seconds and when they call back they’ll make an “exception “ to the cancellation policy even though on hotels.com the cancellation is they will charge one night only. He is very confrontational and I asked him if I needed to stay there or if I could go to our room because I was very uncomfortable with how hostile he was being and he said no just go. So I did. He also told me that they already have my money for the whole stay so they’re not obligated to return it even if I don’t stay tomorrow night. I highly recommend staying at a more professional and kind hotel near the Grand Canyon. We are leaving tonight instead of the morning as we are so upset and rather drive 4 plus hours home then stay where we feel unwelcome
I should note all other employees including the wait staff the e-bike rentals and the front desk staff other than the supervisor were very kind and pleasant

Front desk staff seemed like we were bothering them when asking about services.
Grosse Hotelanlage, Zimmer sind wohl renoviert worden. Gutes Frühstück (+20USD) und Grill (Touristen Preise)

Nice hotel but lack of towel during the day, from room to the pool. The cleaning service was missing personnel so it was possible they missed your room. Checked on them every day for a decent service.

The lobby was ok but the rooms we were put in behind the lobby are terrible. They are an overpriced tourist trap. Would never stay there again.and they have the nerve to charge a resort fee. Way below holiday inn standards.

Nice resort, needs better guest service
The resort itself is nice. Caters alot to families with children. We had a bad time at checkout with a very rude attendant. We've given feedback directly to the hotel. Not a nice farewell to an otherwise great holiday at Grand Canyon.
