Okay for a Quick, Cheap Stay

I stayed at this motel in Reno for two nights with another adult. It’s definitely on the cheaper side, and you get what you pay for. The room was not very clean—the carpet was dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The coffee pot and walls were also dirty, and the sink didn’t work when I arrived. I had to request maintenance, which was inconvenient. That said, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived really late—around 3am—after getting caught in a blizzard, and they still checked me in without any issues. I spent most of my time out and about in Reno, only coming back to sleep, so it served its purpose. If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash and don’t mind a bit of grime, it might be okay. Otherwise, I’d suggest spending a little more for a cleaner stay.

Not Clean or Quiet!

The room had been upgraded with flooring and lighting fixtures. There was a smart TV and basic amenities you expect for economy room. The door was very difficult to shut which was troublesome for a handicap accessible room. The temperature control was not easy to maintain. The worst part were the bugs everywhere. My stay was in the Spring and there were little gnat like bugs everywhere. I was in town for the birth of a grandchild and was at the hospital except to sleep, so I did not contact motel staff, but I am not sure what they could have done to fix the issue if I had. I will not be returning to this location. Not worth the money saved.

Ok place, pretty good value

Looked for a non resort to sleep and shower in. Room was clean, little dated. The toilet was very loose. almost tipped over when I sat to use it. Actually opened air between the ground and the toilet seat flange. Also, TV remote didn't work. Night staff was very attentive, Day staff also very good

Good Stay

Solid choice at an affordable price. Our room was clean, recently updated, and pretty comfortable. Shower had lots of hot water and good pressure. Super friendly desk staff. I would stay again.

A traveler’s overnight stay

Front desk and service was excellent. I’m a senior, and the front desk clerk carried my suitcase to the second floor room (no elevator). The bed is comfortable and the room a very average clean. The bathroom facilities, room, and door frame is extremely old and worn. The door was difficult to latch in cold temperatures. Housekeeping is only at request, translate not cleaned but once a guest leaves. However, on this occasion a good price for a traveler coming through for a night’s stay.

the floors were dirty my wife andI had to wash black dirt off the bottom of our feet. the bed was in bad shape one of us got off the bed and the side still occupied would drop about three inches and the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.

The Guy Next To Me Would STOMP AROUND ON THE FLOOR at 12:30 am & 3:00 am , I HAD TO CALL the CARSON CITY SHERIFF to get him to Stop . HE had Done this to Other People Before Me and The Management Still let him Stay There . There Is Nothing More Frustrating Than Being Woke Up in the Middle of the Night by a RUDE GUEST,So it was Even Worse that he Did This Twice at Night.
