This is an old motel that has been refurbished. The room was clean the bathroom could use some updating. The breakfast was less than desirable.

Horrible customer Service

Bobby who worked the front desk definitely ruined the stay for us. We had 2 room soft 3 nights each. When we arrived to check in he was very short, and very rude. We tried to get a second room key and were unable to. He refused to give us 2 even with 2 people in the room. He also hung up on us before even getting to the property when we called to ask if the room had fridges. I confronted him about getting hung up on and the lack of customer service only to be told "its fine" when things were clearly not fine. Otherwise the hotel is fine and you get what you pay for. Location was close to what we needed, but in the future we may look elsewhere after how we were treated.

Old property needs updating.

The property was in need of maintenance and repair. Rooms were okay, but the bathroom appliances and surfaces were old and out of date. The outside of the motel needs repair and updating.

Pros and more cons

The swimming pool is outside so it was closed. The breakfast had old stale tasting cereal and a waffle maker that would stick horribly even with the non-stick spray. The light switches looked like they were 50 years old. The beds creaked with every move. The TV was nice and the pillows were really good.

I had two rooms. I asked when booking the hotel for conjoined rooms, it stated online that they offer it. We didn’t get it. It was fine, one room had no water in the sink, had to get the water from the bathtub, the other room, the sink wouldn’t drain. Overall the rooms were good.

Don’t Stay Here

Original room given was not serviced. Bed was unkempt and food left. When approached front desk, no apology, no acknowledgement. Gave me a new card for another room and didn’t tell me where it was. He was annoyed that he was bothered with another room.

The mattress was broken/ collapsed on one side. The blankets provided was a fleece and a duvet cover with no duvet in it. It was not very cleanly at all. And room service tried entering our room at 9am when checkout is at 11. And the address provided on the Hotels page does not take you to the property.

Multiple customers with keys to the same room.

The person who had the room the night before apparently extended their stay, but we were still assigned the room. Relatively late at night my girlfriend and i were startled by the previous occupant opening our door and starting to walk in. The receptionist did nothing for us after putting us in a potentially dangerous situation.
