The hotel definitely needs updating. Our room had it looked to be stick on tile on the floor and it was bubbling up. Things were dirty looking. There was dirt in the corners of the floors. The bathroom fixtures were all rusty. Some of the outlets in our room didn’t work and there was an old charger left on the night stand that was so filthy dirty we didn’t even want to touch it. The pictures online looked so good and we were disappointed. Even the lamps in the room had rust on them.

WOW...Im sorry but this hotel has a score of 8.4 on this site..I dont know how. It is rundown old, not well maintained. The bed and pillows were terrible.

Very fun and very loud

Absolutely loved this place. The pool is very busy on the weekend! And the pools open until 11pm, so if you want to get some sleep before that time and cant sleep with tv on, i would not reccomend. Its very loud even in your room. The atmosphere was awesome for family parties. It was a good time. Food from Mad Apple (restaurant attached to hotel) was decent too. Free breakfast voucher (buffet style) for Mad Apple as well. We had an awesome experince!

Pleasant staff

Fortunately, we did not stay by the pool area which was quite noisy in the evening. There is a wing of this hotel that allows for a quieter space which is where we stayed. There is a large attached restaurant/bar area that was a welcome relief after a long flight coming into Appleton. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Not for extended stay

This place looks great online. Pool, hot tub, good price. I would say it’s fine for a one night stay passing through but if you’re staying for an extended period of time find someplace else. They don’t provide room cleaning service every day, you have to request it by 8:30am. I requested for them to clean two days in a row and no one ever showed up. I was in town for a funeral with my three children and by the time we left we had piles of garbage in our room. I had to go get more toilet paper from the front desk and clean towels. Front desk staff sleeps in the office overnight. Room keys never worked and had to be reprogrammed at least 10 times. Cops showed up one night looking for someone. I did not feel great staying there.

Do NOT stay if you intend to sleep before 11:30pm

This hotel is SO LOUD. Do not stay here if you want to sleep before 11:30pm The pool is apparently open to the public and they can scream as loud as they’d like while you pay to have a room to sleep in, there is ZERO noise control. People running and screaming down the halls, stampeding down the stairs and screaming in the VERY crowded pool. It was insane. The staff does nothing to quiet the noise until the pool closes at 11. Had we known this we would have stayed elsewhere. I’m shocked that none of the other reviews have mentioned as we stayed with a team of families and every single one had the same complaint. They also didn’t bother to have their lot plowed despite the amount of snow and poor lot conditions.

Your breakfast was horrible. The eggs were awful. Rooms need updates. Had to go down 3 times cuz my card didnt work in door. No room in pool or hottub as u invite the public so didnt get to use it. Employees were very nice.
