The pool is very small, our room didn’t have a/c it was 77 degrees in our room, and 80 degrees outside, it was miserably hot, our door lock was coming away from the door, we arrived around 7:15pm at night and had to wait for a clean room, which is crazy because we were well past check in time, water was like warm at best for a shower, limited towels because they didn’t have any clean, overall terrible experience and would not recommend.

The staff was great! We had a flat tire. The people at the front desk allowed us to stay in the lounge while it was being serviced. The reason we chose the hotel was an indoor pool. The pool was not open during our stay. If I knew this while booking, we would have chose another hotel. Also, one of the bed linens were stained from fresh coffee.

When we checked into our room, the door was already propped open, the TV was on and the bed had been sat on. Clerk said housekeeping must have done that by accident but it certainly did seem awkward. Requested another room but they were sold out. Probably my last stay at a Main Stay.

My stay here was easy and very satisfying! Check in was a breeze and all the information was given to us right away. We had a great room and the lobby was very clean and organized. Room cleaning didn’t come as I thought they would so that kind of sucked but they had someone at the front desk so we just went there. There was a time we went to get snacks from the little store area and no one was for for a few minutes so that sucked too but we made due still enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, wonderful, informative, and secure. The place is beautiful and cozy. It almost felt like we had our own apartment for real. My stay was amazing and we all enjoyed it (baby included) so i definitely will be booking here again if I can and recommending to everyone to stay here!

We found the room cleaned as good as my children would have cleaned it. The floor was dirty and a few wrappers tucked into the corner. The spackle was coming off the walls and it didnt look great. The guests upstairs at 11pm sounded like they were wearing concrete slippers. The coffee and juice bar that was supposed to be on 24/7 was turned off. The tv was a roku and you had to sign into with your own passwords to watch which i didnt understand i just wanted normal tv. The breakfast was nonexistent and we had to wait for more to be made. We ended up leaving not very happy with the service.

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to check us in. I had to call the phone number to get someone's attention. Went up to the room, it was propped open and the TV was on. Front desk said it must've been housekeeping that left it open but it made us uncomfortable. The pool was completely covered in white foam. We asked if it was safe to swim and the front desk had no idea. Overall room was decently clean. Breakfast had a good variety.

I booked a handicap accessible room but did not get one. Luckily they had a bath chair we could use. When we checked in we did not have any towels in our room. We had a kitchen but all of the dishes were put away dirty. We had no housekeeping services during our 4 day stay. We had to ask to get new towels and have our garbage's emptied. The bathrooms were pretty dirty (grout and around the tub). Everything else was good.

There were 3 blood stains in the hotel itself.. the TV wouldnt work for all 3 daya we were there..the front desk called mamagement and maintenence several times and promised to get with me BUT never did. The cleaning/check in staff were wonderful. Management needs a lot of work.

The hotel seemed new, but they must have a lot of construction workers staying there for extended stays. The floors are all dirty. Our room was dirty on arrival. We needed them to come in and vacuum the floors and clean the microwave. That was after I wiped everything down with my Lysol wipes. Even had to wipe the wall. The shower curtain had brown staines on it.

Spacious and clean room, newer facility, friendly check-in staff, convenient location close to Georgetown. Breakfast was so-so, workout room had free weights, but cardio was limited and elliptical was broken. Manager was very helpful with a booking issue. All in all, we can recommend this MainStay and would stay here again.

Front desk was friendly but not a lot of staff availability to ask questions or to refill food and coffee at breakfast. The room had a bad odour, the wifi wasn't working and the shower wasn't working. The floors and carpets looked dirty in the room and in hotel halls and lobby. The toilet made the loudest flush that made every one of our family jump every time😆 Let's just say this wasn't our best hotel experience.

This is the worst hotel me and my family have ever stayed in. We booked our room two weeks ahead of time and paid for everything through expedia. We got there late one evening after driving all day, and checked in to a room that wasnt clean. We told the lady at the front desk the room wasnt cleaned, and we had to wait over an hour for them to clean it. We went back to our room and it STILL wasnt clean. The Tv was broken when we got there, and we had to wait for the maintenence guy the next day to come install a new one. More of our time lost. The room wasnt stocked with the necessary linens and toiletries. The shower head didnt work in the one bathroom. The staff was a really sketchy group of people. Didnt feel safe staying there with our kids. And to top it all off ive got my bank dealing with fraudulent charges from them on my credit card for $500 . Do yourselves a favor, dont go to the mainstay suites in georgetown, ky. Or any.

Our room was excellent and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had everything we needed; full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, sink, and even a hot plate. Our WiFi was not working properly but the TV did have live channels. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good too, with several options. We could hear kids running in the room above us but it wasn’t bad. Would definitely stay again.
