The sheets in the room were stained and dirty looking. The shower had a hair still in it and for a none smoking room the cigarette burns on the tub were a nice touch . The curtains had something smeared on it that looked very gross. The staff in the morning were walking around with the same gloves that they were touching the food with.

This location was not ideal. The room was not ready at 3:00 as the check in time states. When we returned at 5:45 pm we were told “we need to check to see if your room is clean.” We were then told our room was ready, when the bathroom floor was not clean. There were black flying bugs in the room. Overall just not a pleasant stay.

Nothing was an outright failure here, but so so many things made it clear that there wasn't anyone really trying. From only swapping towels when the room was made, and nothing else, a room that was half empty, hand towels not being stocked in a place in reach of the sink, dirty curtains, a shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned, cold food in the breakfast buffet that should have been hot, loud banging noises that happened at night, bad smell in the room, to refusal to provide a receipt. Look somewhere else.
