Nasty rooms, pool was green with clothes in it. It needs to be shut down and totally remodeled or run a bulldozer through it!

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Booked for softball tournament and was excited to relax by the pool during down time. But the pool wasn’t open, not even filled. So we had to go out. Which was a bummer but for a place to lay your head it worked.

Do more cleaning in the bathrooms and sweep the breakfast area more often. Add bacon and eggs to breakfast. Put the pool in operation. As soon as the rest was good.

There was a dirty wash cloth left from prior occupancy, was the tub ever cleaned? Floor in bathroom was full of hair. Room smelled like smoke even though it’s supposed to be smoke free. AC unit was not working properly in mid August. Ask a staff member if they had an ice machine, she ignored me and got on her cell phone and walked away. Horrible experience, had to book in another hotel for the next day.

Pool doesn’t open till June we stayed in may. Booked because thought it would be open. Lady at the front was helpful. Requested late checkout, however it was not communicated with staff at time of check out. I didn’t get charged. Rooms were ok & beds were comfy.

4/10 一般

The pool wasn't maintained. Brown rainwater in the bottom of the pool. No elevators. The room smelled of strong bleach. The breakfast...shouldn't even advertised a breakfast. They had brown overripe bananas, 2 packets of oatmeal and a waffle machine. The coffee was bitter. To top it all off, my credit card had fraudulent charges on it after I checked out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Never again.

The bed and pillows were comfy. The lamp was on top of the bed when checked in. The only downfall was the space underneath and the side of the door.

Staff was great to check in. However, the room was dirty. Sink very dirty and dried urine around toilet floor. Lamp chargers do not work properly.
