Don’t bring your service animal

Not service pet friendly. Followed and forced to pay a fee for a registered service pet at the end of our stay. Which is against the law according to ADA regulation but this establishment does not care.

Do not stay

Manager is rude and would not help us with an exta night stay. Shower rod was coming off wall and letting water all over the floor. Curtain to the room was fall off the wall. Unable to get Netflix or any other streaming on tv and to able to use the hdmi that was on the desk.only able to get one towel and wash cloth per person for the whole stay. Did not refill coffee or soaps. Someone messing with doors in the night. Unable to load pictures

The web site and counter card at Hotel said it was one price per night per pet and when I was checking in the man said they changed their policy 2 months ago and it was now 40 percent more per night per pet and I could pay it or he would cancel my reservation, so I paid it. They also did not have free breakfast or coffee the next morning as advertised and it was a record snow storm for south Georgia and nothing was open and we had nothing and they didn't care at all about us, just how much money they could get from us

Stay Away

Rent 3 rooms for overnight stay in Cairo for me and staff , immediately upon opening the door, 2 out of the 3 rooms reeked of weed, rooms had such strong odor of weed it was unbearable, ask for different rooms, staff at desk said they could not switch rooms out for us, but could spray air freshener in room, so i decided this was not any place i wanted us to stay at, i ask that reservations be canceled,, after many emails with Expedia, Expedia said that the property refused the refund. I advise to steer clear of this Hotel.

The room was very dirty with no coffee pot present in room, only one set of towels for two guests and staying two nights. The toilet paper holder keep coming out of wall. The first night I stayed about 11:00 at night at worker came and opened the door and walked in on us saying he was checking on the lights. Felt very unsafe with this. Worst experience ever at a hotel. I feel like I need my money refunded to me because not only did I have people walking in on me plus the workers was extremely rude and harassing.

My daughter, her kids and I came from out of state to visit family. We were shocked to see the condition the room was in. The room smelled like mold and mildew and was dusty. Needless to say my allergies skyrocketed. The bathroom floor was disgusting, there was mold around the tub, the faucet over the sink was filthy, the toilet paper holder fell out of the wall, there was rust and corrosion on the room vent, there was just sheets on the bed, only one towel, hand towel and wash cloth for four people. When I went to the front desk to ask for more towels and wash clothes the attendant gave me only one. That's because supposedly the he didn't have access to the laundry. The building, surrounding property and room was not at all what was pictured on the website. If you are thinking about this place just be aware that it is not what what you see online.

I very rarely leave comments but this hotel should have been classed as a motel. The place was old c and unkempt for ex. bathroom toilet paper holder was coming out the wall. The shower nozzle temp. was in reverse. We stayed for 4 nights and 2 of the nights a towel shortage.☹️

I would not stay again.

If you are an Experian/Hotels.com member do NOT expect ANY preferential treatment. The room had NO electricity by the bed. So no charging while reading iPhone in bed. The front desk would NOT give us another room because all the rooms allotted to Experian members were taken. AND there were plenty of open rooms. Asked for two extra towels. Front desk said they had none. The outside of the facility needed a good cleaning. Dirt everywhere. WHY DID STAY???? ONLY because we have limited visibility at night. I’ve NEVER given a poor review. THIS LOCATION earned it!!!! Hopefully they will make necessary changes.
