The room was clean, comfortable beds. the hot tub was open from 7:00 a.m. which gave us time to go into the hot tub before we checked out which was great. we were visiting during cold season so the pool was a little cold. we didn't go in. the staff was great. they gave us free pizza from the little gift shop bought post cards which were reasonably affordable. I definitely recommend this hotel. it was nice and convenient. might stay there again if we come up into the New Orleans area

As soon as I got to my room, I thought about canceling it and just driving three hours back home. The neighboring room to mine, they were extremely loud all hours of the day & night. They easily had 6 people in one room and it was constant noise. They didn’t like it when asked to be considerate of others. The buffet was small and people were fighting over the waffle maker. The room had an odor. There was a cat sitting on the front desk. This would be okay if paying about $50-$80 a night, not $150.
