Passing tbrough Stillwater on my home from a camping trip. Civilization never felt so good! The whole hotel was spotless. The breakfast had everything i would have wanted. I chose this hotel for price and ability to use reward points. I was not disappointed.

They had given my room to someone else, but they did get me another one. Was a chewed mouse trap box in corner of room. A/C is SO LOUD when it comes on. Did not charge my credit card the correct amount.

2 Stars for Wyndham

When we stayed here in October, service was good and room was comfortable, clean and in good working order. Our stay this weekend, was very different- this was booked back in July. We were given a room on the 4th floor which had recently been flooded by the boiler room. The smell when coming off the elevator smelled like a dead mouse. Rey bad moldy water smell. Our room also had a bad smell. There was no body soap, the clothes rack had no bars to hang clothes and it looked like they were attempting to fix it and had applied the dry wall but never finished the fix. The door handle to our room was broken and the door did not lock from the hallway, so anyone could have entered our room while we were away. We mentioned it to the staff when we first arrived and it was like we asked them to complete an unattainable task. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean, However, the furniture in the room was stained and grungy. Very shocked for a Wyndham hotel to be this run down.

The hotel needs an upgrade desperately. Albeit was a busy weekend but it is in a town with a D1 school. Wyndham needs to spend the money for a full renovation.. ROI would be expedient. Bring back free hot dog night and Karaoke!

Horrible stay

Horrible stay, we couldn’t check in because they had no rooms ready even though after 3 and had to be somewhere so we had to get ready in the public bathroom. We didn’t get our room keys until we got at midnight. No breakfast the next morning, not even coffee.

Nice place. Needs attention.

I understand finding quality people can be a challenge. Albeit, I found your staff quite friendly unfortunately they did lack in certain social graces. Maybe I should’ve stayed in a $200 a night hotel I don’t know, but you can be a $68 per night hotel or you can be a $68 a night hotel with $200 a night staff service and amenities. The room was clean, but the curtain furnishing showed age. The coffee was good, but breakfast seemed often overcooked and dry. Would I stay there again? Sure I would you asked for my opinion I’m assuming you mean criticism if there are any, I hope minor constructive. I do not mean for them to be destructive. I’ll say it again I enjoyed your staff.

My door wouldn’t close

I wasn’t greeted at all, I greeted her. She had attitude with me when she was very soft spoken and I couldn’t hear her and I asked her to repeat herself incase it was important. She slammed the keys down infront of me as well. Then our door to our hotel room I have to slam HARD to get it to close. When I went to the front desk to ask for either maintenance or a new room I couldn’t find anyone, I checked 5 times no staff was in the building. The entire hotel smelled like wet carpet and mold. Unfortunately you get used to it. But this was a horrible stay, the bed is firm my back hurts they have outdated TV’s they are pushed to the very back of the stand and GLUED down, I understand not wanting it stolen but you shoved a 32 inch TV to the very back wall I mean come on. Half the outlets wouldn’t hold a charger they would just fall out. They did have an ice machine but water was nowhere to be found other than the sink. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Forgot to mention the part where you could hear everyone around you.. I could hear the teenagers next to me barely even speaking. Then people would be yelling in the hallways. I would have had more peace and quiet if I slept in my truck and saved myself $107.

Ok to stay but check room for cleanliness

The hotel itself was nice, but I don’t think the cleaning staff does a very good job as my room still had someone’s bra hanging in it after my arrival… this tells me that the rooms are not clean very well

Got tot the hotel at 330 to check in and our rooms were not ready. Was told to come back on 30 mins and they would be ready. We return around 415 and still had no rooms ready for us and we’d then tools it would be another hour before the rooms were ready. Around 545 we finally got to check in.
