When we stayed here in October, service was good and room was comfortable, clean and in good working order. Our stay this weekend, was very different- this was booked back in July. We were given a room on the 4th floor which had recently been flooded by the boiler room. The smell when coming off the elevator smelled like a dead mouse. Rey bad moldy water smell. Our room also had a bad smell. There was no body soap, the clothes rack had no bars to hang clothes and it looked like they were attempting to fix it and had applied the dry wall but never finished the fix. The door handle to our room was broken and the door did not lock from the hallway, so anyone could have entered our room while we were away. We mentioned it to the staff when we first arrived and it was like we asked them to complete an unattainable task. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean, However, the furniture in the room was stained and grungy. Very shocked for a Wyndham hotel to be this run down.
