Loud neighbors. Broken shower. Keys stopped working several times. They issued me a “master” key which worked. But I assume everyone else’s master key worked on my door too. Didn’t leave my room.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I made a reservation, had confirmation number, and checked in online. I was on the road to Stillwater, and this hotel called me and canceled the reservation! I had to scramble to find a hotel room at the last minute at twice the price. Very unprofessional. You’ve been warned.

Why do online check in if you don’t man the desk and provide a phone for me to call and wait for someone to come check me in and give me a room key. Also deal person was not knowledgeable about room.

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was filthy — easily the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The only bright spot was the kind lady working the breakfast area. I have warned others of the condition and I won’t be coming back. Wished I would have taken more photos. That valance was the first thing you see.

This hotel does need some repair work done on the carpets and in the bathrooms. Beds are average, not that comfortable. Breakfast is average. Hard sometimes to locate staff that is supposed to work the front counter.

The hotel needs a major renovation. When I entered the lobby is had a musky odor to it probably from the algae in the pool. The light fixtures in the room kept flickering might be electrical shorts. The carpet outside the room was always soaked with water. Finally, the room had no chair for the desk, which made it difficult for me to do some work from the hotel. I found the clerk was unprofessional and surly. I have been to Stillwater many times and will never stay at this hotel again. The owners apparently don’t care about maintain a good establishment.

This hotel is terrible from start to finish. The people working the front desk look like they just got out of bed and can hardly speak to you when checking in. We were supposed to have 2 rooms, only 1 was in the system. Thank god I had my confirmation papers which proved I had reserved 2. It was graduation weekend at OSU and all hotels were full, including them. They did find us another room somehow. Our room and hallway on floor 4 smelled of homeless people and musty weed. We had to go ask for air freshener to get through the nights we were there. When they didn't have our 2nd room for 3 nights, they found us one, but only booked it for 1 night so we had to go back to the desk and get our keys re-done and book the last 2 nights again when we realized we were locked out of our room. Time will tell if they charge me right, I am guessing not. The only bright spot about the whole place was the water was hot and the shower head had good pressure.

I was no able to check in until 10:30pm on the night of my stay due to the room not being available or cleaned. Regular check in was supposed to be at 4:00pm. The hotel was clean, but very dated.
