Saw 2 roaches in the room. Carpets are filthy. Ice machine out of order. Bed was okay. Room smelled clean, not like stale smoke.

Was awakened at approximately 0135 by yelling in hallway and pounding on a door down the hall. The South Hutchinson Police were on property threatening to kick a room door open if the occupants did not respond. Officers were outside my window also. This motel has gone down hill since the last time I visited. As with the slow response at check in for someone to come to the front desk and the fact that nobody during the day speaks English without use of a translator app except for the evening staff I will never stay there again.

Unfortunately this time we were very dissatisfied. We didn’t have a blanket on the bed only a sheet and a decorative sheet thing which was a sheet form form. We for some reason which no one said anything. That our room floors were wet.

We did not get the room we reserved, put us in a room with mold covering the shower, no shower curtain. There were also 5 spiders in the bathroom. No mini fridge, amd the ac was broken so the room was extremely warm.

I talked to the property manager about 11:30 AM about getting a room at at that time. He said I could get a room but quoted a price that was higher than I knew I could get online. I asked him to match it and he told me I would have to go online for that price. So I did. The only reason I reserved the room is I was feeling sick in the middle of a three hour drive and just wanted to lay down for a couple of hours, and would probably have left after that much time. When I went back within 30 min after making the reservation, he told me I could not check in until after 3PM. When I told him he had just told me I could check in at 11:30 he said that was only if I booked through the hotel and since I went online I had to wait until 3.PM. I would actually like to have this cost refunded since he wouldn't let me check in after just previously telling me I could.. I wasn't gong to wait in my car for 3 hours since I figured I wouldn't have stayed past 3PM anyway. I continued my drive home even though I felt sick.

Bed bug infestation

The Hutchi Bell in South Hutchinson,Ks was a nightmare the room had a bed bug infestation my girlfriend was bitten we took pictures of bed bugs and roaches left in the middle of the night presented evidence to staff and they refused to refund my money.They claimed we brought them in.

Awful hotel!

We checked and and checked out within minutes. Hallway carpets filthy, unkept persons roaming halls, smoke alarm in our room and another were chirping needing battery replacement, the lught that worked was flickering,, heater in room was not working and live cockroaches ran across the cabinet by tv.
