Horrible!

Horrible. Paid extra for a guarantee on double bed room, showed up after 2 hour drive to them saying there was none available but would upgrade to suit for same price. Suit only had one bed and one pull out couch but no sheets or bedding and the matress on pull out bed was holy and nasty. Paint peeling, even holes in walls. Terrible do not stay with kids.

Very horrible nasty and very dirty half plug didn’t work chairs stained bed stained and gross . Stayed there a year or so ago was not this bad was not perfect but you get what pay for . This time was the worst I ended up leaving 2 hours after checking in and having my oldest and her boyfriend come get us bc was not comfortable at all and wanted to get out of there asap. I ended up taking my kids to Holiday inn and paying double for what I paid at American inn but at least me and my kids felt safe . That place needs to be shut down and remodeled

AVOID this place!! Negative stars!

If you are a family, looking for a cheap, safe, clean room then AVOID THIS PLACE!! Pay the extra $20 and get a room at the holiday inn down the street. This American Inn hotel was absolutely terrible. From the cleanliness, or lack there of (stains on everything from lamp shades to bedsheets). All types of smells through out the halls, cigarette smoke, weed, cooking. Fake nails discarded on the couch. And just the overall unsafe feeling of the residents who live there. There were not regular bed pillows, we were given 2 throw pillows per queen bed. Plus our bed was broken. If you sat on the bed, it sunk to the floor. A wood board was broken underneath. The person at the front counter could barely hold a conversation he was so high. And the walls sure came to life at night. Lots of noises you would not want your children hearing!! Im honestly not sure how they are still allowed to be open. There has got to multiple health & safety violations there! This is the type of place that should have hourly rates. The price is cheap for a reason! Do not take your family here!! If I could give negative stars I would!!

Needs an update.

Room was missing a lamp from one of the night stands. Floor lamp didn't have a light bulb. No hangers on the clothing bar. The jacuzzi tub looked terrible. They need to use some CLR or magic erasers or something to clean it. Carpet was in bad shape. Needs a new mattress. On a positive note, the desk staff was very friendly.

Well im dealing with a death . And i order the holtel at the beginning ofmy trip ! My car broke down i ask them to cancel the room and refund me ive been her before a few time i like the place a lil disappointed in the service. At the time of my life not thrilled the toke my money ! I stayed the night at best Western .. i didnt stay here but they toke my money with no problem ! Well plan your trip well if emergency comes up to bad you at a lost with this one !! No morals

There was nothing uniqe about it.i payed for two nights.arived a day late.they cancelled my stay keep my money.me and my family came from out of town.waited in the lobby for 3 hours.take in mind i pre payed.they told me i didnt have a reservation.i explained to them i had nowhere to go.they found me a room for 150.00..so was chared over three hunderd dollers for 6 hrs.man cant wait to bring my family here next year.
