I stayed in a room where the lights fixtures didn’t work and they allowed me to stay in a room for two days without a toilet top and they really made me stick my hand inside the jus to flush. Very ghetto and unprofessional

Clean room, low costs. Had a cat in the room when I entered LOL. It didn't want to leave. Overall, the property is dated, but the owners are trying to keep it in good shape. Bring your own pillows and a blanket. The ones in room where a little thin.

The guy at the front desk was dealing with an irate customer, and it was able to stay calm, cool and collected, even though he only had bad news for the customer but he took care of me and they let me leave so they can continue their business. I thought that was very professional of them since I was a lady and the guy was screaming at front desk, but they got me out of there quickly. The only issue was that there was a red blood stain on the sheets on the bed. We just threw them off to the side.

This place is gross- go somewhere else. Homeless encampment right behind motel. Dirty room, had to keep shoes on, even in the shower. If I hadn’t been forced to pay at check in , we would have left after the 1st night. ( stayed 2) room was never serviced as their policy states. Pets are supposed to stay free, I had to pay $100 deposit that the clerk said would be refunded if there was no damage, so far no refund. We got up early and were gone all day until late so the dog was never there other than to sleep, our dog is a golden doodle and doesn’t even shed. There was absolutely no damage. We left at 6 am because I couldn’t stand it anymore. Also, very loud area at night. Only positive is it was close to where we needed to be.

Room felt neglected. The matress was about six inches thick, no shampoo, no coffee maker, no iron. Door did not fully seal, you could see daylight around the shut door.

Motel Dump

When I got there I was told I would have an upstairs room when I had requested a downstairs room days earlier on my reservation because I can't climb stairs. He found one and it was a dump and had the audacity to charge me a $25 deposit I was told I would get back in 24 hours and have not. It went from a pending post to a posted post and now they say it will take 3-4 days. The tv didn't work. The couch sunk all the way in when I sat in it and I barely got out of it. There was damage to the furniture and walls and one of the light fixtures had no bulb or cover. One of the pics shows water damage and what looks like mold. I wish i would have booked elsewhere.

Where do I start oh yes the bed felt like it was broken or like it was about to, tv didn't work, bathroom door didn't have a handle, toilet wouldn't flush, then there was a big dead roach in the shower 😳 I know you get what you paid for but they should at least have essential things in better conditions..

The facility was rundown and nothing like what the picture look like stains on sheets, Motel 6 sign, broken no pool grass growing in the pool chairs are rough shape holes in the bathroom door If possible, I would like a refund on this since we were scared to stay there
