Parking was good, plenty of spaces and places to park. Staff helpful It was clean but no frills. I had no hot water but they fixed it and the water was hot then cold. They have no place to eat and finding a good take away to deliver was challenging. I was in a large van so hard to pop out to get food. Very basic

Booked very last minute as stayed 4 days away for work. Advertised as having a restaurant but then got a message after booking saying was closed. I called up and asked to see if could cancel as booked non refundable, told no. Stayed in room for 4 days, in the time no cleaning, no new towels (room had 1 bath towel only) and room was still dirty. Really poor and whilst I appreciate renovating, no excuse to leave the rooms with broken curtains; lights with no bulbs in.

No heating , shower was freezing , staff very argumentative blames you for the water being cold, stinks of weed and voist , front gates dont open until 7am so if you have work early its no good , wont give refund , kettle full of limescale , walls paper thin you can hear the people in the room next to you on the phone can hear the next
