They hotel was ok, the first room we got the jacuzzi, didn’t work and there was no one home in the room to call front desk. They did change us to a new room. Everything ok good. This hotel is old and needs to be updated badly. Holes in the walls ceiling, the stucco was falling off, the toilet was in bad shape. Some kind things didn’t work.

Needs updates!

This property was in an area we wanted to stay but it is in need of serious updates. It was okay for a 1 night stay. Carpets in rooms need to be deep cleaned or ripped up. This was evident when you stepped in the shower and noted how dirty your feet were. The towel bar in our room was missing, the toilet tissue holder was missing. Some the outlets or plugs did not work.

It was just ok

The mirror by the jacuzzi tub was dirty, the jacuzzi tub jet weren’t working and it was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and the toilet was either stained or dirty.The balcony was old and chipping, couldn’t walk out there barefoot. It was in need of update.

Do not stay here.

The lobby smelled bad. The first room that I was given smelled horribly of dirty feet. I am a heavy smoker, and it stunk so bad. Replacement room did not stink. The bed was so soft it gave me back trouble for 2 days. The pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. The room was very bare bones. The picnic area had not been cleaned up or tended to probably since the fall of 2024. Trashy, dirty, tables needed a serious washing. I did not try to Continental breakfast. My wife looked at it and said, it looked dismal. While this is one of the least expensive hotels in Helen Georgia, I would not stay here again. I would spend more money and get a much nicer room. I wish I could get a refund. It was terrible.

Another one in the BOOK

Been staying here for several years for a car event. Best part is sitting on the balcony watching all the cars go by. Short Walking to distance to ALL the Restaurant's Helen has to offer. Only wished they had made some upgrades to the rooms over the years. Still will come back for the convenience of the location, and easy access Handicap rooms.

Inside room,and outside.

Room had awful smell, went and bought air freshener, carpet was dirty,found a pacifier, trash, blankets were top blankets were dingy, bathtub had hair under the mat, had to as for toilet tissue, only 1 roll for the whole weekend and it was what was left from previous customers. Continental breakfast was the only good part. Tv had no picture, sound was on, maintenance did fix it

Room was filthy. Mold in bath. Coffee maker wasn't clean, no coffee cups and the counters didnt look wiped down. Luckily it was only one night. Will never stay in a Baymont hotel again.

Room was not cleaned to standard. Used towels left in the bathroom and coffee drink (over spelt) in microwave. Room smelled like smoke. Checked into room and checked out immediately after seeing the state of the room. I’m still waiting on my refund

I would stay here again

The room had a jacuzzi tub that had a wine glass left behind and a ring around the tub. There was also lipstick on the job and hand prints on the mirror. There was also confetti behind the tv. The toilet look like it had barnacles in it.

The hotel was pretty filthy. The bed sheets obviously had not been changed, stains on the sheets as well as on all the towels and hand towels. The free breakfast was laughable with only a selection cold cereal and frozen pastries with no expectation date on them. The lady at the desk was literally asleep snoring with her head on the counter. The toilet was not cleaned and a plunger sitting on the carpet beside the door. For $230.00 for one night you think you’d get something at least clean. Needless to say I’ll never stay at that hotel again. Live and learn I suppose.
