Lovely city centre hotel, multi lingual staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable here for the three nights we stayed, the room was overlooking gardens and the main square with its bars and restaurants but was not at all noisy. Paid Parking is available at the hotel on a first come basis, fortunately we were able to get in even over busy bank holiday weekend although on occasion parking was tight.

Hotel Britannia Esbjerg staff are excellent, polite friendly helpful and attentive, spotless Hotel and surrounding area, breakfast and all food was excellent at the Hotel. Wonderful surroundings good bars and restaurants. Plenty of history to discover. Fano Island across on a short ferry trip is a lovely place to visit .

Nice hotel in the city centre

We had a spacious room in the upper floor with great city views. Very convenient in all aspects. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. We had a dinner downstairs previous night, my ribeye was not not good quality though but fish was good. Location is great as you can easily walk around the city and there are perhaps dozen parking lots behind the hotel.

4 pax per room are not possible even though advertised and booked The staff blamed the booking homepage. We were offered to book another room at discounted fee. Only after complaining we were offered another room so the family of 4 could sleep there as booked and paid for. However, had to sleep in two double rooms far apart from each other. No excuse, no complementary breakfast or other offer to make our stay more pleasant.
