Worst experience ever. The apartment owner charged an extra fee even though the reservation was fully paid. I showed her the receipt, but she insisted she had not received the payment. She did not collaborate to communicate with Hotels.com or Expedia to find a solution. I spent a whole morning trying to resolve this situation, and the owner insisted on leaving the apartment. Finally, I had to pay the extra fee to leave the apartment because the owner was inside waiting for the payment.
