I booked the hotel through hotels.com , I will check in in Feb.24.2018,and can pay in the desk of the hotel when check out.
but in Feb.23.my credit card was deducted 100 euro in advance one day, I do not know the reason.
then my credit card has to be frosen . it is not convenient for me.

Elendig frokost
Det eneste positive var nærhet til sentrum, rommet var lite, slitt, kjøleskapet virket ikke, skapdøren foran kjøleskap helt løs. Elendig frokost, manglet bacon, skinke, saltpølse, gikk sulten derfra.

Start was poor, but good recovery
I would say that our stay was ok.
The staff were wonderful and accommodating
However, I booked a room with the understanding that it was a queen/ king bed. It was a double.
The room tiny, and I really think was not represented well on the website. It would have been perfect if I was by myself and staying for a couple of days.
We were two and staying for 3 nights. I had prepaid to get the “deal” of 170€
We had another couple with us and they had a budget so we decided to stay at the same hotel in a similar room to them.
I was quite annoyed when I went to reception after the first sleepless night and I said it was unacceptable.
The lady at the front desk sprung into action and got me a different much bigger room with a kind bed. We weee all moved in by 9am. It cost 30€ bt was worth it
One thing I would recommend is…like most hotels I’ve stayed in in Bordeaux…put a Nespresso maker in the room and maybe a couple of canales.
Again, staff were top notch and the hotel could be good with a couple of upgrades. Be careful when booking and check the bed size
