Booked the studio(private garden) room and stayed 4 nights. Paid a bit more and booked this property because of the "private garden"in the description, the room with a two-seater sofa in their pics and the cooking facility. However, The "private backyard" is a common walkway with two chairs in front of your door with narrow fences between you and your neighbours which apparently not "private" at all; the studio room is much smaller than it is in the pics and definitely has no space for a sofa. When asked, the staff didn't apologize for giving the misleading info or gave you a room that matches their description but asked you to pay extra for room upgrade.
I booked 324 nights on hotels.com and this is the first time rating an accommodation one star. Mainly because the description and photos are quite deceiving and the reception staff not feeling wrong of providing false info. If they apologized that the description and photos are exaggerating and will change their description and photos, I probably will just let it go without leaving a one star review. But apparently they would like to keep their way of running their business.
BTW, cooking stovetop is a old portable one and very slow so couldn't use it to cook even simple stuff. Full breakfast is very basic and very limited choices. Good thing is the cleaning staff changed towels for us every day.
Overall try to avoid a dishonest business as you don't know what what are getting from them. Definitely not what you paid for.
