During my stay, although the staff was very nice, I found that the housekeeping was not the best at this hotel. Dirty sheets were left on the bed, night after night, they never swept the floor, I constantly had to call for service. They gave us a complimentary bottle and took it back after we didn't drink it the first day. It was very strange. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. Lots of basic issues that we didn't expect in such a beautiful property.

I truly enjoyed my solo trip to Curaçao as well as my 5-night stay at The Art Hotel. Quaint boutique style hotel that gave “luxury adult resort” with about 30 rooms. Centrally located. Great walkability to downtown, Otrobando, and other restaurants if something other than Lamunchi (located on the property) is desired. Oceanfront, but not a BEACH. The ocean is easily accessible on the property for a quick dip, swim, or light snorkeling. The staff were exceptional, as it was always a pleasure for them to assist with every need and curiosity. The hotel was clean with rooms serviced daily. Complimentary water restocked daily as well as a nicely crafted beach bag (for keeps) upon arrival. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel moderno, com vista linda, deck aconchegante, excelente cardapio, quarto grande e limpo. Muito conforto! Unico problema foi q teve uma festa no restaurante num dos dias q limitou o acesso dos clientes a partir de um horario da tarde. Poderia ter sido avisado com antecedencia.

Lo único bueno es el personal, super amables. Lo que ves en las fotos es pura pantalla, hay que pagar para usar las cabañas. Los huéspedes únicamente pueden hacer uso de las pocas camas ubicadas en el “pier”. El huésped es lo último, la piscina la cierran a las 6, en lo mejor del atardecer, pues según ellos abren los restaurantes y se estorbaría. Mi cuarto imposible pues estaba encima del restaurante por lo tanto bulla y música desde las 8 am hasta pasada la media noche. Privacidad en la terraza y en la habitación , cero. En 4 servicios de house keeping ninguno fue completo y un día no hubo en el cuarto de mi hijo.y ya para rematar el último día al llegar de la playa en la tarde la puerta estaba abierta. No lo recomiendo y no volvería. Hay tres hoteles pegaditos que comparten la misma entrada al mar mucho más baratos y el desayuno en el Dive ……es delicioso y mucha variedad. Para entrar a la piscina hay que pasar entre toda la gente y tu paño, sandalias etc deben quedar en el piers pues no hay lugar para los huéspedes .

This hotel is marketed as a peaceful, adults-only retreat, but that experience does not exist. The website and promo video suggest calm, relaxation, and tranquility. In reality, this is a loud, club-driven property. If you’re booking to rest and unwind, look elsewhere. The positives: the hotel is beautiful, the staff was kind and accommodating, the food and drinks were good, and the oceanfront views were exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. Parking was a major issue—the advertised garage was not open, leaving guests to fight for street parking. The website also states the pool is exclusive to hotel guests, which is not true. Day passes are sold, and hotel guests lose access to the pool and loungers after 6 p.m. when the restaurant takes over. Fire alarms went off three of the four days we stayed, and staff brushed it off as something that “just happens.” Every morning at 6:30 a.m., restaurant staff loudly dragged furniture, waking us up. Friday night was the breaking point. A DJ played extremely loud music until 2 a.m., despite the restaurant closing at 11 p.m. The bass made our bed vibrate, and there was no hotel staff on-site after 10 p.m. to address concerns. After finally falling asleep, we were woken again at 6:30 a.m. The room temperature only goes down to 75°F, with no ceiling fans or air movement, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. This is not for a quiet vacation. Traveler beware.

The hotel is visually appealing. However, I was not happy that there was no television in the room, no real fridge, the thermostat was locked at 77 degrees, no store on the property, and there were no trash cans around the property. The staff was very friendly. My room was nice and spacious although it was not the room I chose and paid for. They claim it was upgraded but I wish this was not done without my permission. I wanted the city view from the balcony not the courtyard view which was very loud abd noisy once the workers started cleaning up. Reny( I hope I am saying that right), Phillipe, and Ella were a pleasure. There were a few young guys at the bar that were friendly and kind as well but I did not get their names:(. The hotel had several dining options and everything was good including the drinks. Overall, I woukd recommend if you don't mind not having a television or fridge for cold drinks.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Art Hotel! It is beautiful with breathtaking views, covered in art by local artists, and has a dreamy beach club. The hotel and restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back

The hotel did not offer a free breakfast but we did have breakfast at the hotel and it was lovely. We upgraded and got an oceanfront view room and it was worth it. It was breathtaking view. We sat on the balcony at every chance we could get. The staff is very friendly. There is always someone around to approach. This is a beautiful property and if I should come back to Curacao I will come back here. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Currently spending my last night here and will not recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet. Given the fact there are no TVs/phones I was under the impression the vibe would be chill/laidback. My room overlooked the hallway which is noisy but did not bother me as I am aware the hotel sells day passes to non guests. However, my last day here I was awaken from my nap by workers yelling at each other in the hallway. As I write this at 11:43 PM I am once again awaken by the sound of dragging furniture. Initially I thought it was the guest upstairs but at this point I cannot tell. It could be coming from the restaurant area. The room and hotel is very clean and nice. The area safe and walkable. The noise level was tolerable but at this point I am ready to check out. Attempted to call the front desk but no answer. Most of the staff members are extremely nice. One gentleman I had earlier was a little short and aggressive with handling my belongings as I sat my bag on the wooden stool that he specifically said was for bags but for some reason he wanted to sit it on the couch. He was not rude but he was not as pleasant as other staff members until I told him I will not be continuing my meal as I witnessed one of the servers lick her finger while making my French toast. I do believe gloves should be worn when preparing food.

La chambre avec vue partielle sur l’océan était parfaite. Lit confortable, balcon agréable et service de ménage quotidien impeccable. Le personnel est très courtois et tous sont compétents. La clientèle est jeune et on peut s’attendre à de la musique plus forte le week-end jusqu’à 12:00. Ce n’est pas nécessairement désagréable, mais à savoir pour les couche-tôt.
