For the most part the rooms were clean. The floors could have been swept a bit better. The sink drain was very slow and could be cleaned and the toilet had to be flushed twice after each use. The breakfast was good and the area seemed well maintained.

This was a great experience! The room was huge, and clean, and the bed was wonderful (I got an 89 sleep score). The staff were great particularly Jackie from housekeeping. She gave me a great restaurant recommendation. El Amigo. Could not have had a better experience. Thanks!

The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The front desk person at checkout was very friendly and made the visit very welcoming. The place was clean and well kept. I would definitely visit again.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel overall is ok, but needs to be updated and I do believe they are working on it. I had a few issues with the rooms but the management was very nice and apologetic about it. They made sure I was happy and made it right when I checked out.

I spent $200 for one night, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the price. While the staff was excellent and very welcoming, the condition of the room was disappointing. The floors were dirty, there were visible stains, and most of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom door was also damaged, which added to the overall poor impression.

The air conditioning was good, did not use the pool, the room floor was dirty, the breakfast was good. The staff was awful he said that I reservation was not paid for through Hotel.com, he gave me a bill stating that I needed to pay. Fortunately, I had my confirmation and receipt. He still disputed it and told me he would have to let his manager look into the matter. I told me when I was leaving the hotel that he still had my bill information. I didn’t trust him with my credit card information. I will not stay there anymore.
