一間具歷史氣息但舒適的飯店

是一間挺有歷史氣息的飯店，但不會感到老舊，整體給人感覺很舒適。 離火車站不遠，可以搭乘Bus3往返火車站以及飯店(公車站離飯店走路約五分鐘內)，即使是走路到火車站也是在二十分鐘內。 我們得搭一大早的火車，飯店人員也很熱心的提供簡易包裝讓我們可以外帶在火車上享用。飯店本身也有餐廳。 是一間值得推薦的飯店。

是一個性價比很低的飯店 飯店舊 地點也差 周遭都是工地很吵

The location isn't very good, you have to take the bus to city center (old town). The reception service wasn't good neither. We asked the extra pillows in the afternoon time around 2:30 PM (that was the first time we requested), they kept saying we would bring to you but they didn't, until 21:50 PM I got the pillows after I was insistent to have it before I got to sleep. This is a very old hotel and surrounds by the reconstructing buildings, it's quite noisy. We haven't seen much smiles since we check-in till we check-out (下午2:30 check in 後 跟前檯要枕頭 , 一直不見送來 中間又跟他們提了兩次 他們都說好 說ㄧ會就給你送去 但直到晚上9:50 要上床休息 還不見我的枕頭 最後在我的堅持下 (一直站在前台等他們去拿) 才要到 這似乎是一個對亞洲人不是很友善的飯店

Great property and very reasonable prices. Off street, secured parking for an extra cost. Nice little gym and spa (steam and sauna). Nice restaurant. Location is approx. 1 mile from old part of town.

Perhehuone oli erittäin hyvä, kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, reilut sängyt, joissa kaikissa asialliset joustinpatjat. Sijainti Innsbruckin tapaisessa pikkukylässä riittävän hyvä. Parkkipaikan autolle sai lisähintaan, parkkihalli yksi ahtaimmista missä olen koskaan ajatellut. Aamupala erittäin hyvä ja respan henkilökunta suorastaan yliystävällistä. Saimme enemmän vinkkejä kuin ymmärsimme edes kysyä. Laskettelemaan päädyimme lopulta Azamer Lizumiin.

This botique hotel is a great place to stay - it's convenient to both the train station and the sights of Innsbruck, staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and light, with nice decor and coffee/tea making facilities. The only thing missing that didnt affect us too much was a fridge. Our family suite was in the eves - 2brm, 2 bathrooms with separate toilets and a lovely view. Would highly recommend.

Loved the hotel. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, room was super clean, wonderful view to the mountains, confortable beds. Room is dark and quiet at night. All good, I would stay there if I go back to Innsbruck.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, heaps of room for a family of 4 with adjoining rooms. On arrival we were given a city card to use on transportation around Innsbruck at no extra charge. Breakfast was included and beautiful meals. Staff very friendly. The only downside is it was advertised with Laundry on WOTIF but it only has Laundry facilities such as staff will clean for a fee per item.

Great hotel with good facilities

From start to finish this hotel was excellent. The check in prior to arrival saved loads of time. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our whole visit. The room was lovely and roomy enough for 2 people. The bathroom was spotless. The shower was great with a choice of shower heads. Tea and coffee making equipment was available. The safe was FOC. Beds were made daily and the room was kept very clean. We needed a hairdryer and this was brought to us immediately. The only thing I could say about the room was it was a bit hot and with the window open was a bit noisy as it backed on to the main road - but we didn’t find it too much of a problem. The hotel supplied complimentary team passes for the duration of our stay which was great as the tram stop was just outside the hotel. Although we didn’t use the spa area this looked fab and was very new, clean and the views were to die for. The breakfasts were lovely with loads to choose from. Omelettes, eggs and other hot food was cooked fresh. If I went to Innsbruck again I would definitely stay in this hotel.

4 étoiles ? Pas pour le sourire de la direction !

Hôtel moyennement bien rénové : grande chambre bien insonorisée (sauf le parquet qui grince), grand lit double confortable, mais salle de bain obsolète. Une douche dangereuse dans une baignoire fermée par une vitre en 2 parties qui se rabat en accordéon à l'intérieur, mais impossible à ouvrir contre soi après la douche, ce qui oblige à une gymnastique périlleuse pour sortir de la baignoire sans glisser sur les 60 cm restants du côté de la partie supérieure, arrondie et en pente. Mais le plus navrant est la réponse de la directrice lorsque je lui signale la chose : "il n'y a pas de problème, les installations ont été vérifiées et déclarées conformes". Et si je ne voulais pas de baignoire, il fallait le signaler dans la réservation. Pareil pour le plateau avec bouilloire : il y a du thé, et uniquement des sachets de café au lait sucré. J'ai demandé pourquoi pas de simple sachet de nescafé noir (à défaut de machine à capsules, comme dans un vrai 4 étoiles). La réponse fut que leur fournisseur n'en n'avait pas (plus ?), que c'était "offert" et que si je voulais un café je pouvais le commander au restaurant. Le seul vrai point 4 étoiles est le petit déjeuner : très complet, avec un beau choix de fromages, charcuteries-poissons et fruits frais. Personnel attentionné et très aimable au restaurant. Dommage, avec une meilleure gestion cet hôtel aurait tout pour lui !

Kan varmt rekommenderas

Gemytligt och fräscht hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Hög servicenivå. Fjällkänsla mitt i stan. Fantastisk frukost med möjlighet att både beställa varm frukost från meny såväl som hämta kontinental frukost från buffe med bra utbud. Modern och mycket fräsch spaanläggning. Enda minus är det i princip obefintliga gymmet och skarven i mitten av dubbelsängen.
