The staff was nice. The building is old and not kept up. I’m not sure whether it’s used as an assisted living also, but our room smelled like a nursing home. It was bad. One room had a sign that oxygen was in use. It didn’t look temporary, but perhaps the customer brings it with them everywhere? Breakfast was nice, plenty of good option and some fresh, hot food. Will not stay again. Couldn’t get past the smell, seemingly coming out of the vent too.

Not very good wifi. The Lamps by the bed were not plugged in. A plastic sweep on the bottom edge of the bathroom door that makes loud noise when you open it and close it. The breakfast was good. Awesome cookies.

The check in was great. The lady who helped us gave us a choice of rooms and did her very best to get us comfortable on a very rainy evening The hotel itself is very tired. Our bathroom light did not work so a lamp with no shade was brought in. The room was clean enough and the beds comfortable but it is time for a serious refresh (carpets paint etc). We had an overnight. For the sake of the employees Best Western it’s time to get involved

First things first, the staff were great! Very friendly and as accommodating as possible. The lobby looks great! They've put a lot of effort into making it nice, and the breakfast food is decent. But...... as soon as you get past the lobby it all goes to hell. The rooms look like they're straight from motel hell in 1983, the walls are patched all over and 3 different colors, half the outlets don't work, the vent in the bathroom doesn't really vent, the hot tub jets don't work, and the room smelled a little musty. I'll be staying somewhere better on my next trip for the same price point.
