There’s a list. First, when I arrived, after making a reservation, I was told they were completely booked. “But I had a reservation”. “We only do that if you prepaid”. I told him that’s not how reservations work. He said it was Valentine’s Day. He blamed the woman before him for giving away my room. I asked “you mean to tell me that I’ve driven for 5 hours and you’re telling me I have no room?” Once a got “assertive” with him, he offered me a room and said I could check it out first. It was horrible, but it was 7:30 on a Friday night before Valentine’s Day, where else was I supposed to go. The only good thing was that he only charged me $60. The price I reserved at was $78. The room had no doorknob on the bathroom door. A bucket under the sink surrounded by puppy pads. There were only stained “face towels”. No toiletries. The beds only had sheets. The dresser and desk looked as if someone had eaten fried chicken and smeared their hands all over them. There was no cable, so no TV In the room next to me, the smell of weed filled the hallway. There music was sky high until around 2AM. Around 4:20AM, doors started slamming and people were arguing. I was afraid to do anything and there was no phone to call down to the front desk. This is a great hotel for hookers and druggies. No one should ever stay here. OYO, shame on you. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had
No latch for security. We pushed the chair against the door
Bathroom door. Ironically, the tub was the cleanest thing in the room. But the water pressure was nil

The pictures on the site did not match the hotel or room. False advertisement The hotel was old, dirty and ran down. the lamp didnt work, stains on blankets and sheets, carpet nasty. I did not stay. I also did not get my money back.

01-I arrive after 8pm.Iwaited several minutes for someone to come to the front desk in order to check in. 02-My reservation rate was for approximately $44 to $47. I brought this to the attention of the front desk attendant and he said I should have paid in advance otherwise The rate is $60. I either missed reading that or I got taken. 03- The room was in horrible condition. Walls stained, the shower was out of order, bed horribly made. The tv remote control did not work. I took it to the front desk. He gave me two other remotes to try. Neither one worked. I took them back. He said the hotel houseman just went out on a break and he would send the houseman to my room in a few minutes. The houseman never came. I went back to the front desk and the attendant offered to change my room to room where the TV would work. I moved to a room on the first floor around the corner from the front desk. This room was even worse. And the electronic device on the outside of the door was destroyed. The room key could not work. Every time I left the room the front desk attendant had to use a manual key to insert into the door's lock to allow me back in the room. This room had baby roaches walking around as though they had paid for the room. I refused to take my clothes off and get under the covers. It was horrible. I slept on top of the covers. I was totally miserable.

I didn't stay there I left in about an hour after I checked in. That is the grossest hotel I ever stayed in. It should be condemned!!! The room was raggedy and the heater was broke. I paid for this low level crap for two days. I paid through affirm I probably can't get my money back but I couldn't let my family stay in that mess. I wouldn't recommend this crap to a dead dog. So please don't stay at that crappy,gross, hotel.
