It was not clean. It didn't smell good. The coffee was brown water. The towels were too thin, and small. The breakfast was lacking in choices, and poor quality. Great check-in experience directly with the new owner. Rooms need updating, which will be underway soon. Rooms need teabags as well as coffee. The breakfast could use some love. Convenient to the highway, food options nearby. No smell of smoke or weed, which of course is the result of inconsiderate guests, not the hotel management. AC was quiet and worked well.
