We arrived at 6pm for a 3pm check in. Our room wasn’t ready. The lobby was extremely warm. When we got to our room, there were no windows and it smelled of smoke. The sink is in the bedroom, not the bathroom. There were menus by check in to call and order pizza, which we did. It took two hours for the pizza delivery. At night, when. The door opened, unhoused people entered the lobby.
