Although we very much enjoyed the destination and amenities, the staff absolutely made us want to come back. We plan annual girls trips to Pompano but this was our first hotel stay. Breakfast was good everyday...basic menu of eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, yogurt and oatmeal. Valet only parking was a little annoying but mostly efficient. Restaurant and bar on site were nice especially by the pool...get the chicken quesadilla. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Beach access was super easy and is a nice location. Overall a good stay and would come back.

Only complaint is that the restaurant service is super slow and sometimes ppl don’t come up to you when you sit. First solo trip & would 10/10 recommend! It’s close & convenient to Lauderdale by the Sea. From valet being so friendly to front desk staff being friendly & kind to the restaurant staff being nice! I mean quite literally everything was so great to experience. They offer a lot of amenities at this resort (get the wristband) I was actually surprised. I loved my time in Pompano & will definitely be returning to Residence Inn for my stay. The only downside is the people staying in the room next to me were kind of loud/ignorant. I don’t fault the resort for rude guests - but it kind of seemed like the walls were paper thin at times 😅 overall great experience though!
