Ok for a short stay

Well you have to consider that they just got through to hurricanes two years ago, one of the major problems is the elevators they have four elevators but only two work half of the time and they're not fast elevators very slow, the rooms are in good condition except the air conditioners cool the room at night comfortably but in during the day no you needed a fan, the beach access was good and the pools are good and the waiter and waitress staff was excellent.

Es el peor hotel en el que he estado. Hace muchos años que pasaron sus mejores tiempos. Le urge mantenimiento a toda la propiedad. Los 4 elevadores solo uno funcionaba bien, otro abría al subir pero no al bajar y los otros dos no servían. Las instalaciones viejas, maltratadas, anticuadas. La camarista no dejaba toallas limpias en el cuarto porque no tenían. El personal de seguridad prepotente y mal educado. Los empleados de la recepción poco empáticos con la necesidad de los clientes; no tienen ningún interés en hacer más placentera la estancia de los huéspedes. Cambiar las toallas mojadas del área de alberca una misión imposible. El internet intermitente. Los únicos que se salvan, los meseros. Súper atentos y amables. Ellos y las camas son lo único rescatable de todo el hotel. Jamás le recomendaría este hotel a alguien

El hotel no es como se muestra en sus fotografías, está a lado de dos desagües que van al mar y que no mencionan que rodean el hotel, la amabilidad del personal es deplorable sobre todo de los recepcionistas y de los guardias de seguridad, además de que los meseros super discriminadores entre los huéspedes y groseros, no volveré nunca a ese hotel.

El hotel estaba lleno y solo funcionaba un elevador, qué tardabas 15 mnts en subir y otros 15 en bajar, el check in y check out fue lento y ni te explican las toallas o horarios, no había control en la tele y tardaron 3 horas para subirlo, los aires no enfrían bien, tiene muy buena ubicación, pero esta muy descuidado, la zona de la playa si esta cuidado pero tiene un desagüe alado.

Lo contraté por qué dice hotel de playa y no había playa... Camastros y me decían los de seguridad que si quería ver el mar debería irme a las sombrillas de los vendedores... Un poco de criterio sería mejor si no ofrecen el servicio como se debe por la causa que sea debería ser concientes de ajustar las reglas, en servicio de bar más de una vez solocite el servicio y no me dieron, no solo una si no los dos días la misma situación, y no había tanta demanda de gente, me negaron productos, tengo una cr decía de socio y me trataron de esa forma como tratarán a quien no es socio... Deja mucho que desear.

Nuestra experiencia fue Buena, Limpieza Bien. Como gran problema los elevadores necesitan bastante mantenimiento, pues de 4 que son solo servian 2 regularmente. Otro problema, el guardia de seguridad que se encuentra en el area de elevadores es muy grosero.

Triste experiencia

Hotel con tradición pero ha decaído terriblemente, está ubicado entre dos desagües, lo cual produce un constante olor terrible en casi cualquier área del hotel, la playa está terrible, no es opción, tuvimos que ir a playas cercanas. Los alimentos son de mediana calidad, las bebidas del “todo incluido” son de mala calidad y te cobran extra si quieres algún otro de mejor calidad. El servicio varía mucho hay personal muy amable y otros no lo eran del todo. El personal de seguridad si rayaba en lo grosero. Lo que puedo rescatar es la limpieza de áreas comunes, principalmente en baños de la alberca, fue muy buena, lo otro rescatable son las albercas y el tobogán. En las habitaciones se salió el agua del escusado y la otra habitación el lavabo estuvo tapado toda la estancia. Las almohadas muy cómodas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Los elevadores pueden ser un problema, lo bueno que nos tocó en 5o piso y subíamos y bajábamos por las escaleras.
