Please give more and better training to your front desk staff. I had the most terrible experience with Angel who was the person who checked us in the night we arrived. Angel was disdaining and rude with me and actually accused me of trying to take advantage of the hotel installations by saying that members of my family, who live in Acapulco, and I invited to come to join me for breakfast, which I was paying for every morning. This accusation, also expressed by another member of your front desk staff, a woman of robust complexion, and who conveniently did not have a name tag, were totally unfounded since she argued that we had been using the installations of the hotel everyday. I never received advise about having to by a day pass for the members of my family visiting me at the hotel. My family and I were only in the hotel Monday the 9th and Thursday the 12th. The other two days we were out of the hotel for the entire day. I didn't pursue any complaints of clarification because I didn't want to ruin my family's vacation, but I would certainly never come back to your hotel or any other properties owned by GHSF. I am sure that my comments will never reach Mr. Carlos Ancira and Mr. Francisco Medina. On a better note, I must mention that the staff at the restaurant and the pool and beach areas treated us like royalty. Those are the only staff of the hotel who deserve a comment of congratulations.
