The staff, breakfast was amazing and the pool and cleaning staff phenomenal. Only issues is that the rooms have a shared balcony, yes your neighbor can literally walk to ur sliding door in the main rooms. I found that super weird but we stayed and just pretended and hoped we had lovely neighbors. Also the beach is full of seaweed so if you plan to hit the beach rent a car or schedule a tour to a local beach like reggegae beach.

Housekeeping on several days was lacking, sink was very slow to drain and hot water would stop during a shower (you have to wait for a minute or two for it to come back).
