The room was clean beds comfy my family and I cooked thanksgiving dinner there kids enjoyed the lazy river and pool we will definitely be back Ivy checked on me daily to make sure we didn’t need anything we will be back!!!

The stay was ok ! My room didn't have any paper towels, the ice machine on any of the floors wasn't working at the PINNACLE TOWER, I hate that you had to go to a whole different tower for breakfast & also the fact that I couldnt take my breakfast with me to my room if I wanted too, & I couldnt check out without stopping at the front desk. I dont think I would stay here again due to these things but I was only here because it was convenient for my niece 10 year old birthday & she wanted to play in the pool & enjoy her time at the beach & that she did but just as far as for myself? I would not book here again until some things get updated I guess.
