As a stranger from a other country I was made very welcome. My personal system was compromised by jet lag so I slept in on discharge day well past time. The day staff were completely understanding and forgiving.

The only concern I had was with the shower/bathtub combination. It is very difficult getting out, because the floor of the room is 6" lower than the bottom of the tub. And without anything to hold on to, I found it very dangerous.

Room was comfortable, however it had very poor ventilation in the bathroom and no opening windows. Paint peeling and mould in the bathroom. A nice hotel but lots of knobs and buttons missing from elevators and toilets. Friendly, helpful staff and nice meals at the restaurant.

Property hard to find and no house keeping

The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the property is NOT visible from any road. No sign pointing to the hotel either. Very hard to find the hotel. The room is clean and everything worked. No house keeping for the 3 days we stayed. All meals must be pre-purchased.

The shower was leaking water in 4 places and difficult to operate. Water ended up going everywhere. The shower was extremely high to step up into. My other coworkers commented on this for their rooms too. The room was never cleaned or freshened up in a Mon- Fri stay. They kept asking for tips at the bar even for one drink?
