A few details here: this is a charming high-end hotel which doesn't take itself too seriously but which, on the other hand, has absolutely superb levels of customer service. In every instance, the treatment I received from the staff was absolutely first rate, better indeed than in many, much more expensive hotels. The rooftop bar and restaurant was absolutely excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, and the Eggs Benedict at breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

Had a wonderful stay with Family at this hotel. In the perfect location with easy access to the Tube, shopping, anything you could want to do. Staff was great, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable and the view from the room was incredible. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The hotel is well situated at the city center. There is a lot of street noise but the view is very nice. On the top floor there is a very nice restaurant with a panoramic view of the city. All extras are very expensive. Some members of the staff are very polite and nice, and some are very strict and gives you an unpleasant feeling. In one of my staying days they didn't make up the room the entire day although I mentioned it three times to the staff and still nothing happened that day. If I have to summarize at all, then this day was medium and it's definitely worth considering other options in the area

Great location for Regent Street/Oxford Street, Nicely fitted out and very good breakfast. Not happy at the automatic 5% service charge! Were told on checkin that it was discretionary but no opportunity to decline it on checkout - just debited it to bank card left as a security deposit. What do we pay for the room if not the service of providing accommodation. Bathroom door not closing fully, reported but not rectified.

Great location, nice hotel. The room was clean, tidy and well presented. At check in and check out staff were friendly. Staff at The nest was abrupt no booking no entry asked if there was any spaces available later got told absolutely not completely full all night. Went online and did have a space in 45mins inside seating and outdoor was 11pm space. Due to the unwelcome response we didn't book as it put us off. I do feel the staff at check in should have made you aware to book The nest as it books up very quickly. Was disappointed as booked for a big birthday n main attraction in choosing the hotel was the open roof top bar. To anyone wanting to book The nest to book in advance hope you get greeted with more friendly and approachable member of staff.

Firstly its a lovely hotel in a great location. We received an upgrade when checking in, which was nice, offering us a good view of the London skyline. Room was nice and clean, bed was soft but all in all reasonably basic. Only thing missing was a biscuit and any information on how to work things and hotel services. Following a night at the theatre we came back to sample the rooftop bar and it did not disappoint - really vibrant and alive. Breakfast was amazing in Madera, great coffee and an excellent selection to suit all appetites and tastes All in all I'd recommend this hotel!
