The overall property was nice, but there were a lot of issues. We went during spring break so there were a lot of people, and because of that, you think the property would be in good shape. One of the elevators didn’t work, so it took forever to get to other floors. There were no luggage carts around. The restaurant was closed. And half of the hot tubs didn’t work. In our room, the sliding glass door was broken so we couldn’t open it. There was a constant knocking/drip sound that was driving us crazy. The bed was located by the front door, which made it very noisy, and the bed was also very hard, and it was literally 4 feet tall so hard to get into. And lastly, it was a pet friendly hotel so you could hear dogs barking all the time. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.
