Hotel tequila is very good and comfortable. We only stayed there one nite and it was great. We did not eat there as we took an uber to downtown puerto Morelos. Very convenient close to airport and all we could ask for on a budget. We would go back

Decent for an emergency night stay. No internet, staff might be friendly but they are no where to be found when you have questions or want dinner.

It was a very bad experience in this hotel. I did not complete my first night. I had to move to another hotel and pay twice for two different hotels and they did not return my money that I paid them. There are no workers in this hotel except a man who seems like a cleaner who does not speak English. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel. There is no lobby. The hotel area is full of lizards. This hotel is located on a main street where the sounds of cars are very annoying. I did not find even one good feature to mention here, so I do not advise anyone to book and stay in this hotel because the pictures are not reality.

I wouldn't stay here.

We had an emergency flight cancellation and got stuck overnight, spending hundreds of more dollars and unable go get to Cancun until the second day. Communicated with hotel and hotels.com immediately, just after cancellation policy. No one got back to me. I'm being charged anyway. Also communicated upon arrival with both hotel and hotels.com. At some point, we have to be human beings and be understanding, and I will never stay here again, and don't recommend it for a variety of reasons, and don't recommend booking a place with hotels.com and Expedia. Very poor service all around.

Do not stay here.

Do not stay here. Communication is terrible. COULD NOT FIND THE PROPERTY and was not able to contact the property directly (because they did not answer the phone). Arrived after midnight and took a cab to the middle of nowhere, based on the hotels.com map and ended up paying more in cab fare than the price of the room. They would not provide a refund. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place.

We arrived at the property yesterday to find it directly on a major highway. The photos shared through Expedia are incredibly deceiving. The restaurant faces the highway, as did our bedroom. I walked out as quickly as I walked in and booked myself elsewhere. Travellers beware.

Oasis close to airport.

Lovely place right off highway. But once in, its like you are far from it. Minimal noise from planes and cars. Beautiful grounds and pool. Monkeys put on quite the show in the trees overhead. Nice large clean room. Food and drinks available onsite. Shuttle to airport included. Only negative, minimal hot water.

L'hôtel étant à côté de l'autoroute, on entend le bruit de l'autoroute jour et nuit. En plus, il n'y a pas d'autobus ou de taxi qui s'y arrêtent. Mais l'hôtel est propre et il y a une piscine.

All you could ask for!

Stayed there because of the proximity to the airport. Ended up staying my last night there too. Amazing home cooked food! Beautiful location and pool. On the main road, but walled in so the traffic doesn't bother you. Room was well set up and clean. Mariano is an amazing host, just be prepared with some Spanish! Thanks again and I will definitely stay here again!!

Nothing fancy but the rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable and the bedding is also nice. It's right on the highway and I'm a light sleeper but there's very little noise after 10pm. Food choices are limited but what they serve is exceptionally good at a very reasonable price. They do have limited drinks available as well (no wine). The staff is absolutely fantastic and the service is amazing. The place is about 10-15 min to Puerto Morelos which is a lovely town with a gorgeous beach right downtown. When I asked about the best way to get there they said they offer a shuttle which was free although tips are always gratefully appreciated. They dropped us off and asked what time we wanted to come back. We said 5:00 and they pulled up right at 5:01 with a big smile. You may not want to spend weeks here as there is nothing at all that you can walk to however a great place very close to the airport for when you arrive and when you depart. They also offer a shuttle to the airport as well. It really is a unique place and the staff make it even better. They even whistled and called all the spider monkeys for us to see. which came swinging throught the trees, babies and all. For the price I would highly recommend this place
