恐怖經歷

職員騙財，存放行李索取14鎊。我與太太及女兒住在只約三十尺房間，內裡骯髒不堪，晚上也不敢使用被鋪。衛生間細到須要全身入內才可閉門，房內一股難聞氣味，三天沒有任何清潔服務。很奇怪這樣所謂酒店竟然可以經營，簡直垃圾中之垃圾。

Fuctional, well located for a short stay

Functional well located short stay hotel. You get what you pay for but that was fine as I just needed a bed. Convenient for Eurostar. Was a bit cold but that was quickly remedied by the friendly staff.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend travelling london over new years. we booked last minute due to a mishap with our original accommodation and paid about $850 AUD. I understand that the hiked price may have been due to the fact we booked so last minute but for what we payed for this place, i wasn’t very happy. The room was small, which we were expecting in london. however we found mould in our room, left over food under our kettle, and had a balcony which was only secured by a small broken latch on the door and took us both lifting to open. i was very much not impressed. we even had an instance where we asked for no house keeping and we came home after the day out to find our room door unlocked and open, assuming it was from housekeeping, but no one inside. we assumed they would come back to finish a couple minutes later. about 2 hours later whilst we were watching a movie, the door suddenly barged open with no announcement or knocking by the hotel staff. obviously at this moment, we were decent and were just relaxing. but who could have known if we had of been changing? or asleep? or whatever else. i was very uncomfortable after this and we felt on edge for the rest of the stay. the rest of the room was fine. the location i will say is great, especially for getting around central london. but having to pay so much money for such a small, tight and dirty room, very unhappy. this place is cozy and a nice stay. but this is my review. i hope your stay is better than ours.

I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel. I advise to spend a little more for a better hotel experience. I arrived at the property around 12 noon, the "front desk" lady said to come back at 2pm. We walked around the area and arrived back to the hotel at 2:10pm, she states come back at the 3pm the room is not ready. If she only would have said that in the first place we could of wandered more into the city. The carpet of our hotel room was filthy. The toilet bowl looked like it has not been cleaned/scrubbed in months!. I would have taken a picture, but it was just too disgusting to look at. Don't spend your money or time here!

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación. No limpian la habitación ni aunque se lo pidas por favor (se lo dijimos y al volver por la noche estaba la misma suciedad en el suelo). El baño huele a pis de gato (queremos pensar que es por la humedad y falta de ventilación). Las camas super incomodas (te hundías en ellas). Mala organización, cuando llegamos un dia por la tarde, algo había ocurrido con la habitación de unas personas y se quisieron ir aun teniendo reserva, ese mismo día no nos funcionó la tarjetas de la habitación y nos la tuvieron que cambiar, y para finalizar este día, algo debió ocurrir otra vez con las habitaciones porque le dieron la misma habitación a dos personas diferentes, la cual cosa llegó a un altercado violento. Los empleados son agradables pero no compensa la falta de organización y gestión. Otro punto bueno a parte de la ubicación fue que nos dejaron dejar las maletas un par de horas después de hacer el check-out. Es un hotel para pasar la noche y nada más, pero teniendo en cuenta que puedes encontrarte situaciones desagradables. Nosotros ni repetiremos ni lo recomendamos.

Staff fighting, dirty, mouldy room

From staff fighting and smashing plates in the corridor to the mouldy walls and rotten carpets. The worst place I’ve ever stayed. A terrible experience and next to no sleep.

Generelt mega småt på værelserne man kan lige knap gå ind på toilettet. Vi har selv bedt om toiletpapir hver dag, ingen rygning på altanen, når man spørger om hjælp fx om man kan stille sin vand i deres køleskab får man svaret nej. Gode transportmuligheder tæt til undergrundsstation.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Un petit hôtel au calme dans une jolie rue typique. Une situation proche du centre touristique et des transports (ligne 24 juste devant). Chambre certes vieillotte mais fonctionnelle, très propre, confortable et assez spacieuse. Un personnel charmant. Un rapport qualité/prix imbattable.
