We stayed at Lifestyle Holidays Resort in Tropical Building 5, and as always, it was clean, practical, and so much fun. The food was excellent—Casablanca never disappoints, and the steak at Blue Lagoon was absolutely perfect. My favorite thing about this resort is the staff. They truly make the experience unforgettable. Danny and Rachelle at the VIP beach bar are wonderful and always welcoming. The chef at Zen is incredibly talented. We lounged on the beach beds most days during our two-week stay, and Estalin at the pool knew exactly which bed I liked—he had it ready as soon as he saw us every day. At Casablanca, Jackie and Oscar were amazing. They remembered what we drank every morning and night, which made us feel so cared for. Carlos from the spa gave us a great deal, and we enjoyed the steam room daily along with fantastic massages. We did water aerobics every day and joined in fun games with Black Panther, Brown Sugar, and Bongino—always a great time. Everyone truly made us feel like family, and we can’t wait to return. A special shout-out to Churros, the Mexican restaurant just outside the resort—amazing food and staff as well. Lifestyle really pampers you and makes you feel at home.

Note: Picked a VIP room, a promotional booking. Cons: A tour of the property is both a tour and a sales pitch for their membership. Tour is optional as per their policy. Employees are very sales aggressive, their sales pitch is even more aggressive, to the point where you begin to get mad. Food was 4star, maybe a little less. I did not have hot water and asked multiple people repeatedly with no avail. Just make sure you check before unloading your luggage. Some areas are off limits to non-members, but not enough areas to make you angry/annoyed. Would not recommend going outside the resort without a tour guide. Family resort/ retirement vibe, limited mating options. Pop or Soda is limited and most of the time is from a 2 liter. Room was not the same as in the pictures and did not have a ocean view. Pros: Friendly staff outside of sales. Beautiful property, top of the line. Beautiful rooms, cleaning ladies everyday. Facilities/entertainment/ pools 10/10. Family resort/ retirement vibe. Beach access and area is unbelievable plenty of beach beds for everyone, most spots have shade over them as well. Small pools alongside them with two bars and a mini sushi restaurant. Booked a nice restaurant included in the price every night. Access to all the other resorts pools on the property. Shuttle was great. Near Ocean world. If you're able to firmly say no to a sales pitch it's worth going on the tour/sales pitch it'll show you what you have access to/don't. Overall excellent trip.

Thank you for having us. Everything was perfect Jennifer assisted us when we arrived she was amazing, very helpful extremely nice made sure our room was prepared for us and some changes that needed to be made she was able to help us with that, she also made sure we got dinner reservations at Rodizo a restaurant I had been wanting to go to, she was so kind to send a Birthday wine bottle to our room for me as I was celebrating my birthday everything was perfect it has been a while since I last visited thank you very much …see you next time will recommend

Fueron mis padres de aniversario y a ellos les encantó. Los trabajadores son muy complacientes y amables. La limpieza del lugar estaba impecable, la comida estaba bien y buena y el espacio, las piscinas los restaurantes y demás estaban bellos. Las camas a la orilla del mar son excelentes y muy estéticas. Mejoraría un poco la variedad en la comida, pondría más mariscos.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Concierge Yennifer Perez was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns and assuring comfort. The beachfront amenities were excellent and beach was stupendous. Thanksgiving festivities were amazing. I was placed in a room that was very dilapidated. Dressers handles were rotted and fell off when pulled. Bathroom was outdated and uninviting. Towels were extremely shabby and dingy. Alternate room was slightly better but dresser was also broken. Towels were also very worn. Friday and Saturday were very noisy. Dance music played during breakfast was very loud. More subdued music is recommended. Ice cream was only available to members at Scoop the ice cream parlor. They should have ice cream available for all regardless of membership status. I would not return to this hotel because of the outdated and dilapidated rooms.

Unless you are a member of the timeshare property, you get no amenities, you get poor treatment at the front desk could care less about the customers, two different parties and associated with my reservation how to change rooms twice this property is a scam and not at all worth the money They don’t care about your experience and I’ve even though they claim you have multiple restaurants you literally only have two unless you pay an extra extraordinary amount of money to be part of the timeshare ownership club. The food was the same every day and very subpar
