The room condition was horrendous, totally not livable. The sofa, chairs, bedding, all had disgusting stains all over. Carpet was peeling, light fixtures falling apart, missing smoke detector, bathtub peeling. We checked out and stayed at a different hotel.

Wasn’t not able to check in . The phone number listed went to voicemail . Beware of booking reservations through a third-party . So, glad I purchased the insurance & the Capitol one claim policy is the best .
Again , wasn’t able to check in after paying for reservations at 6pm on a Friday ?
Had a hard time locating this establishment due to no lights in signage ? Wasn’t sure if they were open for business but the reservation payment was received .

Horrible the hotel was ran down bullet proof glass at front desk with a bullet hole in it. Room was trashed not clean roaches. People in the parking lot fighting and selling drugs.

Place looked delapidated and there were roaches, had to buy a can of Raid. Room smelled musty. Place looked old from the 1980s. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. TV was broken but was replaced but no anntanna or cable so I couldn't watch it at all. No Internet. There was no light on by the beds due to the lamps being broken. No breakfast except cereal. No water in the pool, it was empty. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED OR PROMOTED ONLINE.

Ac was not working, tv not working, plugs were not working to charge our phone, phone number to the place was not working, place looks sketchy super dark, but it was close to where we needed to be, fotos of the place looks nothing like in person.

This was the nastiest room ever. First of all there was no deadbolt or chain on the door. Didn’t feel like the door locked good at all. The room I was given was dirty with pieces of wall & trim missing. The table in the kitchen are had a dead roach on it ( not recently dead) & there were bugs crawling on the wall in the kitchen. The bathtub looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The sheets looked clean but had old cigarette burns. I stayed all of 5 minutes & left, besides being dirty & neglected I did not feel safe at all.

The first room they put me in was infested with bugs. They moved me to another room and it smelled like cigarettes and the T.V. didn't work. I would not stay at this place again.

They wouldn't give us toilet paper place totally disgusting had cockroaches everywhere fridge didn't work both sinks leaked everywhere and didn't drain they charged us for key that stopped working that wasn't our fault all the sheets and blankets dirty and stained absolutely terrible experience

The property photos on Expedia are misleading. I did not stay upon arrival. It was rundown. There were people walking around with shopping carts. A couple throwing food or something off the second floor balcony. Took me a week to contact manager to try for refund with no sucess. This was by far the worst experienceI'vehadon Expedia..

The worst hotel ive ever stayed at we booked 2 days for my husbands birthday fathers day trip we ended a 3 day trip i had been planing for over a month the first night at 1:30 am because my 2 children could not sleep beacuse there were people fighting outside our door my youngest child was scared and crying to go home because they were banging on the walls and doors we and had to drive till 430 am to get home!!! The pictures look nothing like the building or the rooms there was a gaint hole in the shower wall dead coakroaches on the floor and the tv made loud screeching noises with lines threw out it it claims to be family friendly but this is more of a ran down crack hotel for homless drunks do not bring your family here

Very run down, the room smelled of cat. The walls and tub area were pealing. The sink in the kitchen area was unusable, it would turn off but not turn off. The pull out sofa mattress was horrible and I had to ask for seats at the front desk but they were stained and gross looking so I ended up at Walmart buying my own. The mini fridge was broken and barely hanging on for dear life. There were homeless people everywhere. Just every uncomfortable but you get what you pay for I guess.
