Resort mediano. Apresentação, estrutura e localização ótimas. O quarto e a cama são excelentes e péssimos travesseiros. O banheiro só peca em duas coisas: não possui “duchina” para se lavar e a vazão de água no chuveiro deixa a desejar, acumula muita água dentro do boxe. O chuveiro é horrível, muito baixo, tinha que reclinar meu corpo para me banhar. O ar-condicionado não dava conta de refrigerar o quarto (quarto 6206) e o frigobar além de pequeno não refrigerava nada, somente enfeite. Comida excelente, não deixou a desejar em nada. Com relação aos funcionários, esse ponto é precário, principalmente, os que ficam como “Bar Man”, caras fechadas parecem que estão ali por obrigação, fazendo um favor a você. Obs para praia, é MARAVILHOSA.

Praia privativa maravilhosa, água clara e quente, boa para snorkel e crianças. Barraca da praia com variedade de drinks e bebidas à vontade. Quarto sempre limpo e organizado. Funcionários as vezes mal humorados, mas da pra aceitar. Piscina boa e limpa.

Boa estrutura, mas a manutenção deixa a desejar, lampadas queimadas no banheiro e na sacada que mesmo pedindo nao foram trocadas.... O hotel não oferece condicionador de cabelo, apenas shampoo... Coisa que Qualquer hotel basico oferece... Mesmo falando com o atendimento ao cliente, não foi disponibilizado.... Um detalhe que por nao ter sido atendido decepsionou demais, nos restaurantes as opções acabavam rapido e sem muita reposição...

A mix of good and bad. Great beach and staff. The hotel is seriously lacking in certain things. The place is way understaffed and alot of things would be open one day then closed the next, including the swim up bar. The main bar had one bartender which is crazy. The buffet place for lunch was the worst ive ever seen in 45 plus years of traveling. They would run out of everything all the time and the food was.meh at best. The staff was GREATand made up for tge shortcomings. Oh and the a.c. and hot water in the rooms suck badly. The island itself is nice, just dont expect fine sand beaches.

This resort is in extreme need of updates. There’s is nothing to do but swim, only 2 pools, one is a child’s pool. Only 2 bars, the one in the lobby is rarely open. The staff at the buffet are rude. There was a woman bartender that I wish I had her name, she worked in the lobby bar Friday, she was outstanding. The food at the buffet was horrible. The water in Curacao was breath taking. I chose this resort because the comments were good, very misleading.

This resort was a disappointment. Many of the staff were not friendly. The food options for breakfast and the buffet were not good at all and we usually left the property to eat despite it being an all inclusive. The room was large in building 2 with good AC, but family members in another building had hot rooms. Nice beach, but cheap lawn chairs. I would stay somewhere else on a return trip.

The TV was not working and the service person could not solve it. And the smell coming from the sewer near to the dining area was very noticeable. I have been here before and this was the first time experiencing both issues.

Recibes lo que pagas. Para lo que pagamos esta propiedad está bastante bien. Realmente mi crítica (espero que no me borren) es para Expedía. Llevo más de 20 años usando Expedía y creo q esta fue la última vez: 1. Te ofrecen “paga 50% ahora y el resto al momento del check in”. Uno va confiado y resulta que el 50% fue un hold, entonces toca pasar el mal rato y solucionar. Es una trampa claramente. 2. Tomamos 2 habitaciones con expedía y 2 directamente con el hotel: las que se tomaron directamente con el hotel fueron casi $50 diarios más baratas y de mucho mejor calidad. Además PAGAMOS ocean view y no eran ocean view. Las fotos de las habitaciones que muestra expedía son las que te dan si reservas directo con el hotel, no a través de Expedía. Me he quedado extremadamente decepcionada de cómo ha desmejorado el servicio de Expedía. La gran ventaja del hotel: playa privada divina

Front desk people very nice. Food servers very nice. I feel bad for them because the cooks are so slow. It took an hour and a half to get our food and when we got it, it was raw. (Fried fish) we watched and if a table complained they would find their ticket and cook their food. Two tables came and ordered after us and we watched as they complained they found their ticket and cooked their food. At the buffet, you have to ask someone to cook your pasta and heat up the sauce. When I did that the cook literally rolled her eyes at me. I waited about 10 minutes to get ice cream and then I finally walked away. Not even sure what they were doing. There is air conditioning but it doesn’t really work. We put it down as much as we could ( 66 degrees) and it just never got cold. The first room we were in had a light outside the balcony that was hanging from the ceiling from an electrical cord and it faced the glass door. Our room did not have a blackout curtain so the first night it looked like the sun was coming up all night. We did get a room change and it had blackout curtains and a normal light outside. But the AC was the same. The BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL!! If they would get some training for the cooks on how to expidite I think a lot more people would be satisfied. The place needs a little TLC. It could be amazing if they put some work into it. And again the severs and front desk people very nice. We checked in at the sun club room. AC was great in there.

Its grounds are lovely and the beach great but it’s ageing and the rooms are tired. Staff are wonderful though and the menus in the restaurants are well prepared if limited.
