We had a great stay — the villa was clean and conveniently located near amenities. We will definitely book again.

Great house for our Disney visit 6 adults. Pool & Hot Tub nice bit hot tub set @ 96 could have been warmer since we paid extra. Door code didn’t work when arrived & stopped working again the second day but a call to the office & a reset worked quickly.

8/10 非常棒

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was gorgeous, clean and in a fantastic location. The only thing that was extremely disappointing was the surprise charge of $272.08 USD/$410.30 CAD to heat the pool and spa for the week. That should be included or made clear in the listing.

Great property, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer, dinning table for 10 people, every room with tv, terrace tv, bathroom and small pool but very pleasant. No rooms on first floor. 3 rooms on second floor and 2 rooms on third floor. I will stay again.

Wish you would take AmEx card. Also no hot pads in kitchen to use oven.

2/10 较差

We found a last-minute deal on this villa and booked it immediately! As soon as we arrived, we learned why ... There was NO HEAT and this was in the middle of the cold front/winter storm that hit the south with snow in areas and rain and temps in the 30's at night in Florida! Bottom line (happy to share all emails and text messages), the property management team, Casiola, simply didn't care we had no heat! We had to drive communications and in the end the tech told us there was nothing he could do, this was a known issue, an issue they were experiencing at several locations. He said they were having back-end programming issues with their security company; the thermostat was linked to their system and it was locked, preventing you from adjusting the temp (hot or cold). Casiola rented the villa knowing this information and they played ignorant while we were freezing in the extreme temps. We requested a refund and they offered us $75.00!! We're working with Expedia to see what can be done and I'll update my review with the end results! Sadly, I'm not hopeful they'll press them for a refund! Friendly reminder, even for myself, if the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is! Renting this villa comes with zero support from Casiola, if there are any issues!
