Where to start? First off, the address given did not lead us to the hotel...the address is given on Sheridan Rd but all of their driveways were on Hospitality...you could kind of see the sign from Sheridan but not very well as it was behind a Burger King.
The check-in was fine.
When we went to the pool, we found out that it was out of order...not because there was a sign anywhere...but because we tried to get into the door of the pool area. When we asked at the desk, they told us that the heater was shot (not a huge thing...it happens)...and they had simply not told us at check-in or had any signage that indicated it. Glad we were just going down to check the water temp instead of having already gotten into our suits.
The bed was definitely getting old...my wife had a couple springs in her back until she rolled over into the middle of the bed.
In the morning, we went down to breakfast (which we had confirmed the time for the night before). When we got in the breakfast room, there was a coffee machine, a small juice machine and a tiny refrigerator with 4 cups of yougurt. When I asked at the desk when the rest of breakfast would be set up, he responded that what was in there was all the "breakfast" they had.
We packed and checked out quickly so we could go actually get a breakfast before our event for the day.
Absolutely would not recommend.
