There’s lots to like. The units are nice, spacious, and well laid out. It’s basically a one bedroom condo with kitchen, living room with pull out sofa, bedroom, and hallway bath accessible to the bedroom or living room occupants. They have plates, silverware, etc. and packets of dish washer soap and detergent for the washer / dryer. The air conditioning works. While the furnishings are dated, everything is well maintained. It’s good value for money. Now, the bad. There is a $34 a night resort fee. They do disclose it though. And you will receive multiple calls from the time share (vacation points) appointment schedulers who masquerade as the “Concierge”. The sales process for this time share (vacation points) is such an embedded part of the DNA of this hotel that you can’t even get a parking pass from the check in desk but instead you have to see the “Concierge” so they get their first opportunity to offer you something. I received three different calls from different “Concierge” under the guise of checking if I needed anything and then offering a reduced cost stay for coming to their presentation. I have no interest in this and I don’t care for the disingenuous nature of the “Concierge”. While I don’t think it should stop you from staying here, you should be prepared for this game playing behavior and be firm in your response. If I return, I will unplug the room phone to avoid the early morning “Concierge” calls. I recommend you do so as well.

This was an amazing resort. Such a wonderful setting. The staff especially Stephanie were all so friendly and happy. We enjoyed the apartment which was furnished to very high standard and fully equipped.

We were able to stay in a second floor room with a view of the mountains. We loved the balcony and the quiet view! Couple of items in the unit were showing some wear but we reported it as we left since it did not impact our stay. We really like this spot and plan to return again.

Requested a pool side room and request was granted. It was an awesome location On the ground floor right behind the snack bar with direct access to the pool. We arrived at 10am and could use all the hotel facilities including the pool and towel service. We were hoping to be able to get access to our room a bit earlier but did not get key until 4pm. This was the check in time detailed on the hotel details so it was to be expected. The poor snack bar has a nice variety of food and drink items now but service was incredibly slow. They make a lot of blended drinks for kids and adults which take time so there really should have been more than 1 server who was taking orders and making drinks. Snack bar took up to 30 minutes to place a drink order which was particularly slow we thought. The rooms have been updated and the new furnishings are nice. Everything is provided and it really does feel like the best of both worlds between the novelty of a hotel and having all the things that you need in a home kitchen. The games room was convenient and had lots of things to do for our teens when they wanted a break from the sun. Overall loved our stay.

The rooms are very nice. This is a vacation club resort so rooms are fully stocked with kitchen supplies. The furniture is outdated and some tips and tears in the sofa, but the sofa was very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves for the price.

If you want space this is the place to stay. It is clearly a "timeshare" had a living space and separate bedroom. Property is very well maintained and pool area beautiful like most places in Palm Springs.
