Excellent hotel with moderate service

The room was very nice and clean upon arrival with all I was expecting from an appartment style hotel. Great location for who's looking to stay on Financial District. + Laundry machines are free of use. I just don't give a 5 stars review because I thought very surprising that even during a trip of 9 nights, the hotel didn't offer any room cleaning. They offered fresh towels but if I wanted to change the sheets, I had to take care of that. + one of the receptionist could definetly use a little more kindness and smiles (all the others were great!)

Nous recherchions un hôtel sur Manhattan proposant 4 couchages et un espace cuisine pour éviter de manger au restaurant tous les jours, le tout dans un prix contenu. Nous sommes entièrement satisfait de notre choix. Le confort et la propreté de la chambre étaient parfaits. Pas de petit déjeuner mais c'est inutile avec l'espace cuisine et plusieurs restaurants à proximité le propose. L'accueil a été très patient par rapport à notre anglais approximatif.

Air conditioning didn't work during the hottest week of the year. Promised to have it fixed but you're just speaking to a bot, there is no reception/concierge to help with issues. The worst trip.

Gute Unterkunft in Top Lage

Top Lage im Financial District. Der Zustand der Wohnung war gut, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Schlafcouch war von der Qualität und der Sauberkeit nicht so gut, aber das ist auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Auf Grund der sehr guten Lage absolut zu empfehlen.
