My experience of this hotel was phenomenal. Great location absolute absolutely fabulous staff. My first night there Tatiana had me sit down on one of the lovely sofas and brought me a glass of wine and we finished checking in. Everybody was so helpful and so friendly and upbeat. A very safe place to stay as a solo female traveler. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and very friendly. The open bar was an added treat which we really enjoyed and made friends at the bar. The building itself is beautiful, with lovely style and decor. The room was more on the basic side but that was fine as we spent more time exploring beautiful San Juan. The location was excellent.
