This place is amazing, the staff is very nice and helpful. The roof has an amazing view of old San Juan. Our room was in the alley near a restaurant that played romantic brass and piano music all throughout the day.

The hotel was clean and in a great location. They offer complimentary drinks. The only downside is there is no elevator. Luckily our room was on the second floor.

Pros: Location is right at the heart of Old Town San Juan. Staff are nice and helpful. Cons: Room has no natural light or ventilation. Towels are gray and need to be replaced.

Great old hotel! Comfortable rooms, open bar was a plus… grabbed a drink to walk around city! Friendly and helpful employees. Surprisingly quiet except for an alarm peeping on first night. Would definitely stay again!
