酒店价格不真实

网上上标价为两千多人民币一晚，四星级。当时看到离机场距离是0.8公里，但是直线距离和打车相距很远，如果是打车到机场要三公里左右，从还车到回酒店，第二天再打车去酒店。前后花了40欧，所以如果要去机场最好选择有摆渡车的酒店。这个价位再加上40欧可以住五星级酒店了。

去机很方便，几分钟就到了。旁边就是城轨总站，交通算是比较方便，但有点吵。工作人员态度一般，早餐也不好，还要26欧/人。

Quiet area with mostly residential buildings. Good public transport options to both Dusseldorf and airport. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a quiet room as some of the rooms face the street with tram stops.

WARNING

This place looks great and good value! I personally never experienced that ! I was left outside in cold and rain unable to gain access as I should have been sent a code or instructions on how to enter. Dispute several calls a pacing around the property i had no response. I was left cold wet and stranded. Left no choice than to find another hotel as close as possible to get a room for the night which I did at twice the cost and another taxi to the new hotel! Further insult, after communicating to hotels.com for over 40mins to cancel this arrangement I received a call from someone at the property who offered no apology advice or support given the circumstances of my situation now being 21:30 in the cold wet night! Telling me I had the information from them to gain access! I told them I can assure you I would not of put myself through that situation if that’s was the case ! Insult to injury.. no needed at this point! I dare say this is a nice place to stay .. just make sure you have access before you arrive.

Nice to stay

Not 24-hours check-in system. Possibly feel hard when using mobile door-lock system. Except two things above, facility is fantastic, clean. Easy to access tram because near by tram terminal. Easy to go to city centre. Generally Nice!

Tres bien situé mal équipé

AvidonAppartment est tres bien situé. A une minute de la station du tram 707 et 705 qui menent au centre-ville de Düsseldorf, les appartements donnent sur de tres vastes espaces verts. La gare Sbahn 01 et 11 se situe a 5 minutes à pieds. L'inconvénient est que l'appartement est mal équipé en vaissels. Manque de détergents pour lavage. Une toute oetite savonnette a la salle de bain pour 3 adultes durant un séjours de 08 nuitées. U flacon de moins de 20 ml de shampooing durant tout le sejours pour les adultes... les serviettes sont chargées apres une semaines.

Schlechter Service ...!!!

Der Grund unserer Reise war geschäftlich. Durch den Coronavirus wurde die Messe abgesagt. Allerdings ist das Hotelmanagment sehr unkooperativ. Keine kostenfreie Umbuchung in Bezug auf den neu verschobenen Termin möglich. Durch diese unvorhersehbare Situation und diesen Preisen ist das nicht nachvollziehbar. Einfach traurig..!!!

I arrived at Avidon at 1 pm which was early compared to the check-in time. I wanted to have a business meeting with 1 other person but most of the public space is unsuitable for that. The staff offered us to use the bar which was unoccupied. We took the large table on the raised area right of the bar. We plugged in over the bar and worked all day. Ordered the Thai curry bar food which is prepared in a microwave. It arrived piping hot on one side and frozen on the other. They reheated it for us and it was ok. We used the same space next day which was very convenient and presented the same lunch. Same problem again.
