I recently stayed at the Boardwalk Villa, and I must say, my experience was very disappointing. We paid for a 2-bedroom suite, but we were unaware that the second bedroom was in a separate area. This meant we had to exit our hotel room and enter through another door to access the second bedroom, which we ended up not using at all.
To make matters worse, the WiFi was non-functional. The hotel called an engineer to come to our room to fix the issue, but he was unable to resolve it. The front desk then asked us to go downstairs to the business office to use their computer to retrieve our boarding passes. This process took us two frustrating hours, and when we tried to print our passes, the printer didn't work. Joey offered to help by asking us to send him the file so he could print it out for us, just too much trouble and I was tired.
Due to all these issues, we decided to check out earlier than expected so we could get to the airport and handle our boarding pass situation. I would rate this hotel a 1 (terrible) and will not be staying here again. I cannot recommend this property to my friends or family. The hotel did not align with the reviews or advertisements; it felt old and depressing.
