Great place as a homebase to explore downtown (sentrum) Oslo. Clean, tidy, modern. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is a highlight you don't want to miss. Skip the eggs/sausages/bacon/potatoes that are clearly there merely to appease the adventure-adverse North American tourists, and do yourself a favour by going straight for the bread, pate, smoked salmon, local cheeses and jams and more.
Only odd thing was the king bed had two separate comforters, odd for a couple, but not a problem.
Parking downstairs is expensive (450k - 15%), but that's how Europe is, so if you can manage by transit, it's better (we were coming out of a camping road trip, had no choice). That's not a criticism of the hotel - that's normal here. Also the parking entrance is steep and extremely narrow, suited for small cars only. European cities were not built for cars to begin with.
