Hotel bien situé pour visiter Athènes. Appartement correct mais petit...plus petit que la surface annoncée..la kitchenette est minuscule...pas de table et une seule chaise pour manger... c'est 2 chambres plutot qu'un appartement...l'ascenseur est petit. L'accueil est tres bien...le petit dejeuner est moyen. Ce n'est pas un buffet...c'est dans le bar au pied de l'hotel.

La persona que nos atendió fue amable todo el tiempo. Pero había chinches en la habitación. Les indique el problema y me ofrecieron otra habitación Pero definitivamente no podía quedarme en esas condiciones en la propiedad. Les indique que me iría para que me hagan la devolución de las noches no utilizadas , lo cual me dijeron que harían pero luego le daban largas con la devolución. Afortunadamente hice un reclamo por hoteles.com y ahí si .e realizaron la devolución, lo cual es un punto a favor de la página. No recomendaría de ninguna manera el alojamiento.

Very comfortable, cosy and clean room. Staff were really polite and helpful. Very close to the city center and everything that I need. The City Cafe which is right next to the hotel was amazing. I’ve got a delicious breakfast and unique cappuccino. Recommend this place.

Like many hotels in Athens they let us store our bags prior to check in which was great. But our check-in process wasn’t great. Something to note is that the hotel is run by the same people who run the cafe downstairs. We believe all of our issues came from having a really busy day at the cafe. We came for check in at 2:50pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. After an hour, my boyfriend went downstairs to check on the situation. Nothing had changed. At 4:15pm we saw someone come upstairs, change her shoes, put on an apron and left again. We took this as a good sign that the room was finally getting cleaned. At 5pm we were allowed into our room and told that the hot tub was being repaired so there would be a man on the balcony fixing it. We had plans at 6pm, so it was enough time to clean up and get ready. In great news, the hot tub was fixed upon our return but it took long to heat up so we couldn’t use the hot tub that night. It also seemed to still have sand in it from prior tenants. In general, the room was also not cleaned well. We aren’t super picky so we didn’t bring it up to the staff. We never ate at the cafe, but it looked good and is one of the few food places in the area. Not a great area to stay in, but being within walking distance of the Greece in Miniatures museum and the National Archaeological Museum was great! I should also mention they had a chilled bottle of champagne for us, fruit, and soda/water in the fridge which was a lovely touch.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast at the café is simply amazing, and the music creates such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, including all the main attractions, restaurants, and even the Acropolis. What really stood out was the 24-hour security — it made me feel completely safe and cared for throughout my stay, and the staff is always available and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the area. Truly a fantastic experience!

Athens warehouse hotel was luxurious apartments with great service. Very central location, smiling and courteous staff. Fine breakfast every morning . Love the fresh baked croissants. The 24h coffee and bakery in the hotel is absolute gem, even at 3 am you can order pizza or salad. The super food there is also great concept. We love everything about the place. Safe, clean and happy people. Definitely will return and recommend to everyone.

Suite was s relatively large space but felt very cramped. Tiny bathrooms. Staff that we met were all very nice but we did not feel safe leaving the building at nighttime. A/C unit was noisy all night. Even though we booked for 3 nights we checked out early the first morning. Unable to get any type of refund. Again staff were very hospitable.
